Not 24 hours! Lights in the kitchen area were on and food scraps visible all over kitchen but no one came to take my order after a long wait. Either very unclean place or the employees are hiding and just collecting a paycheck. Use to be a decent place for night shift workers to get a meal, not anymore.

Very poor quality. I ordered a sourdough Jack and whoever they have running the grill at night needs to be re trained. My sourdough was not toasted as it is supposed to be, the meat was not seasoned at all it was very bland and almost cold. The fries were like warm and soggy. And when I tried to call to complain they wouldn’t even answer the phone. If you really want Jack in the Box go to a different location because this one is horrible.

Restaurant is super clean/new . Night shift window. She needs love. We all go thru things but this lady is so mad at the world that takes it out on everyone. First she can’t hear, second time she only takes card no Cash, third time I went i recorded everything and still waiting for my refund. If you are mad at your life don’t go and take it out on ppl especially when your on the clock. Not saying HER name. Horrible customer service

Very bad service. The women on the drive thru wasn’t even polite, she denied to not put dressing on the food and she just cancel the order and she even let us know about it, when we go to the window we ask for the food and she tell us in a very rude way that we can not order on the window, and we explained, she didn’t care and she told us that she had a line and she can’t do anything else, it was unbelievable.

Yesterday i went to jack in the box and order a burger and a drink, we told them no tomatoes and they still put tomatoes, my burger was so sloppy! After eating it I felt sick to my stomach, turns out I was food poisoned. This jack in the box started to yo down hill they use to be so good and I have no clue on what happened!

Took 10 minutes for the employee at the register to acknowledge me. Not only that but the manager then took an employees order for 3 minutes after that before serving a paying customer.
