I would like to say that I have always gotten the ultimate cheeseburger or sourdough jack but since I had a buy one get one free I got the chicken sandwich. It was Amazing! Huge! Juicy and wonderful. Better than..you know chic…..and pop. Thank You Jack! You will always be my favorite!

I stopped in for a late breakfast last week. Marney was working BOTH the counter and the drive-thru, BY HERSELF! She was amazing; talk about grace under fire! Despite being incredibly busy, she even managed to bring our plates to us at the table. Very nice touch, as opposed to others who yell at you to come get your food. I guess it took both the other two employees to do the cooking. She is absolutely the reason I would go back.

When I pulled up there were two other cars ahead of me and we waited for 15 minutes before someone took the car ahead order. The line was not busy so I’m not sure what the hold up was. I waited a whole other 10 minutes to be able to have my order taken. Then waited 20 minutes before I actually got my food. There was some issue going on about workers coming late and all the workers that were there would be leaving at 10 so there was intense going on, one of them was on her food and mind you by the time I was able to get my order taken the line had grew so by the time I got up to the pick up window there were at least 6 cars behind me. So after the 40 minutes I waited my order isn’t even right. I asked for two tacos with extra cheese, I got one with nothing at all in it and the other without the extra cheese and for the wait I was at least hoping my food would be fresh fresh and it wasn’t wasn’t.

Jack n the box has these loaded tiny tacos that are just addicting! Pair with an Oreo shake and let me tell you… The young man at the counter was actually pleasant and seemed to enjoy his job. Which is not something you see anymore. So he missed our fries I can’t really say that I blame him because we were having commitment issues as to what we wanted LOL. He brought it to us at our table which was not expected but very much appreciated.

Service was quick and friendly. The Jumbo Jacks and fries were good. The onion ring had a funny taste, normal like them from here. The coke multiple flavor machine is nice. The chocolate curros are my grandsons favorite.

I have mixed feelings about this location. It might just be the worst one around. I came here in November during broad daylight and the staff had locked the doors and refused to let anyone in, even though there were other people dining in. I was here earlier this year and used the drive thru lane and they told me they were closed even though it was early. Something is almost always broken or down. But I was just recently there and was surprised that the staff actually let us in and were friendly, and the restaurant and bathroom were very clean and maintained. The problem was the food. The cheese tasted old, the Coke was green (GREEN!!!), and the Girlscout milkshake was very bland and white, when it should have been caramel brown. The only thing that tasted excellent were the fries!
