I keep hoping I’ll like this place, but it always lets me down. The person who took my order and eventually brought it out to me said there was no one on the grill so she had to cook too. I saw other employees in the building so I don’t know what the problem was. The employee I spoke to was extremely pleasant and did her best. She deserves at least 4 stars, but the restaurant does not.

01/ 16/20 Update: I returned to this location and thought I would try the Bacon and Swiss Buttery Jack…amazing sandwich/burger…perfect amount of sauce/butter without being overboard. I added extra lettuce, but that’s my preference. A+ customer service again, as well as fresh/tastey food. Thank you!

This is the first time we’ve been in here in quite a while because of bad service and food in the past. I am very happy that we decided to come back because everything was wonderful. From the moment we entered the restaurant, Anthony greeted us and told us that it was good to see us again , which made us feel very welcome from the start. As a matter of fact, all of the employees seem to be very happy and showed that to the customers.
Not only were our sandwiches pretty enough to put in a JITB ad, but they were absolutely perfect.
We will be back very soon and frequently if this continues. Great job to whoever lit a fire in this staff.
