The associates were very nice, but the food.. I know it’s a franchise but no. I was an idiot who ordered tacos when the real tacos are around the area especially right next to the border.
I couldn’t even finish one.

Tried their monster tacos, it’s been a while, they are HUGE, 2 for $3.00. Was very worth it. Love this Jack in the Box, they are fast with orders, only drawback very small dining area. Plenty of parking, clean and courteous staff.

One of the employees who’s working right now at 1pm. Who has two kids out in the tables while working. Her kids take way too long in the individual restroom more than 10 minutes or until their mom (the employee) has to go for them. This is an issue that’s has been going for a lot.

Had a not so great order and left a comment on a survey. And to my surprise I received a phone call from the manager that they wanted to remake my order to my satisfaction. I was beyond appreciative that they took the time to read my comments and more so that they wanted to make it right. Customer service is above and beyond. I have never had an issue until this time . And I see why never any issues. They take pride in service and serving hot food. And unlike other places across the street they always make an effort to speak to me in English. And I appreciate that so much as my Spanish isn’t so great. Thank you management and staff for such great service
