This kinda pissed me off at our local location the manager would rather lose a sale than do a substitute i wanted the jack box with the Keychain, the chicken for the burger was supposedly out so I asked if I could substitute for a different burger the managers response was No. Why would I give business to someone who doesn’t care about their customers

Surprisingly a good fast food place; it’s not like the other Jack in the Boxs that I have tried elsewhere. The food came out hot and the burgers had fresh ingredients on it. It just opened so it’s still new and looks great on the inside.

Honestly. Don’t come here. It’s a literal gamble if they’re going to make your food right when you have substitutions. My mom and I love the Grilled Jack Wraps, when they’re made right. But 9 times out of 10, they get it wrong. Sometimes they’ll give us crispy chicken instead of grilled, and other times they won’t take stuff out. Once I had to get my food remade twice! All because they don’t pay attention and they just don’t care.

I’m a semi truck driver and it’s difficult for me to find food at night. Your staff were very nice and allowed me to come in so I could order food to go. My semi truck couldn’t fit in the driveway and I was out of food and water on my rig. That’s why I love stopping your your staff are always so friendly and your food is always so tasty. What happened to the managers that used to be here.. the service is horrible. I walk in to order and every time it takes 30 minutes to get my order. New manager seems to maybe care but doesn’t really make it an issue when everyone is waiting for 30+ minutes for something simple. Loud kitchen staff has to consistently mention how she has to pee, over and over and over. Keep things like this to yourself. Really getting tired of how things get worse every week I come in.
