Called first to see if dining room was open to pick up the order. They answered the phone within 3 rings!! Picked up uber eats orders and this is the cleanest fast food place ive seen in a while! Super cute festive decorations. Customer service was nice and the order came out fast so i can go deliver it and make my money! Good job managament team.

BURNT, OVERLY OILY FOOD/BAG WAS DRENCHED IN OIL. I ordered drive through and this is how my food was delivered to me by the ladies working (Spanish speaking) they were talking amongst themselves not knowing I speak Spanish…but this is how my food was given to me. Lazy workers.

I understand this is a fast-food restaurant, so my expectations were reasonable. However, I still expect to receive the food I paid for. I ordered a Southwest salad but was given chopped chicken with lettuce and shredded cheese, without any dressing. I also only received 2 of the 4 tacos I ordered, and the large french fries were almost empty. I didn’t expect much, but I was still disappointed.

I’ve been to the Jack in the Box location in Tempe several times, and it’s worth mentioning that I’ve almost never received my order correctly. By the time I get home, it’s too late to turn around. When I try to check the bag in line, I’m told they have other customers to serve — but I shouldn’t have to double-check their work every time.
However, that’s not the main reason I’m writing this review. I just want to note, a coworker accidentally left her purse behind at this location, and when she returned, it seemed that some money was missing. We can’t say for sure what happened, but it was a stressful experience. I’d recommend keeping a close eye on your belongings while dining here.

The sloths from zootopia that work at the d m v work here part time. I have been to this location twice. Both times they ask you to pull into the parking lot because it takes thirty minutes to get a cheeseburger that they are going to make wrong anyway. Avoid this place unless you have an hour to waste of your day and don’t want customer service.

Employees need training or terminated and replaced with better staff. Multiple visits by myself and others recently have lead to wrong orders or missing food, long waits and lack of customer service.

This place is the absolute worst.
Every time I’ve been here, we have to wait 30+ minutes. Today was really the last straw, had me waiting at the drive thru just to be told to come straight to the window. Ordered there, then got sent to the parking lot to wait again. And got all of our good WRONG. And must I even say anything about this damn taco? never coming back

Not a great experience. We went in as a last minute decision. It took about 10 mins before we got a cashier to take our order. She was running back and forth from out in the parking lot. Apparently there were orders messed up in drive. The cashier was neither friendly nor rude. Dining area did need cleanup as all the tables were dirty.

I found 4 Ants in my drink after I had already started drinking it. I ordered a sprite with my meal, it was about 2 am, I was driving home sipping it and I thought nothing of it. Keep in mind it was a 30 minute drive home so I did drink quite a bit of it. I get home turn on the light and take off the lid because I don’t like drinking from the straw (personal preference) and I notice these little black specks in there so I turn on my phones flashlight and I see 4 ants in there STILL MOVING. At this point I don’t how many I’ve drank or if I’ve drank any at all. Super freaky to say the least and super disgusting. I’m never going back to this Jack In The Box and will be looking closely into anything I drink next time. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I ordered a fajita and it came COLD and RAW.. the impossible burger came with RAW PINK MEAT!! My uber eats driver warned me that they were being very unprofessional and that she was trying not to cancel my order. I should have cancelled it it was AWFUL. Don’t order here. Waste of a $50 order
