The chicken strips for okay the tacos were overcooked curly Q’s I only had two and a lot of broken pieces that didn’t even matter if you order what’s the box says you don’t get squat from this restaurant. Hope this ain’t how you all your customers get food

This is our 2nd bad experience. We will not be coming back.
Last week we went through drive thru and she didnt understand any of our order. Even though she repeated it 4 times. We still got the wrong food.
Today we came inside. Service was fine. Food ok. But the lobby music was loud and then they had super loud music blasting in the cooking area. The combo of mixed music was horrible.
Management needs to get their employees trained better.

I went to the location at 75th Ave & Cactus on 1/2/26 around 10:30 pm. When I was in the drive thru waiting to place an order, the worked said nothing. I thought the speaker wasn’t working so went to pull up and then he said something. He told me I would have to wait 5 minutes to place my order because they were busy handling online orders. My husband had to ask the person behind me to reverse out of the drive thru so I could reverse and leave. If I have to wait 5 minutes just to place an order in a drive thru who knows how long it would take to get my food. I went to the location on 91st Ave & Olive and received great service. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with the Cactus location.

This jack in the box is absolute garbage. Do yourself a favor and go to another. I went last last after a long 12 hr shift and the employees didn’t care to do their job. It was about 4 guys who were on their phones literally laughing and looked like they were purposely ignoring me. I thought the speaker wasn’t working so I went to the window and I tried to get their attention for a good 5 minutes. Still nothing, I ended up going to Taco Bell where they treated with respect. Due to the other negative reviews it seems that this location will never actually change!

What’s wrong with employees not knowing how to do job correctly. I specifically asked to have everything made fresh and little short Hispanic chick work tonight still messed it up. She told the cook well done I corrected her and say no fresh. She’s like I got you. Really you’re a manager of some type. Unprofessional first off. Chicken was dried out curly fries were cold. We spent well over $30. Kitchen cook eating fries from the basket. That’s cross contamination. She’s in the back talking with other cook about drugs and sex. Tried calling hand full of times to resolve and call drops automatically. Took pics to show someone working tomorrow morning. Please reach back out Jack in the box to resolve and get that lady fired. My wife didn’t even get to eat all her food

You’re better off going to another Jack n the box rather than the only employee in the store late a night telling you they’re only excepting uber eats. Like my money isn’t good enough, the manager who runs this place should be ashamed to be pushing customers out because they’re only excepting “uber eats” they’re only doing that because through uber eats they make more money rather than taking cash or debit, avoid this jack n the box at all cost if you don’t wanna waste your time.

Destino is an exceptional worker! This was the third Jack in the Box we had went to in the area trying to get mozzarella sticks, knowing that it’s Christmas Eve it was very busy he was able to deliver. 10/10 would recommend.

I went there today 9/26/25 it was like 4pm the lady who took my order on drive through she did what she want not what we ask her to do. One gentleman ordered food and drink with shake , i ordered food with a drink, we told her separate order as long as we pull up at the window she told us the total we told her supposed to be separate she say I add it on one bill I told her mom we leave in different places, we gave her the card to put the first order as long as we check the receipt shack was not there we told her we gonna use this same card to pay shake , she gave use card back and a other receipt when she removed $22. We told her mom I want to pay my food separately you supposed to remove first order and shake she close the window I try to get her name she closed the window but under her name was big latter TL . She is very very bad with bad attitude ( my last time to go at that place)

Oh first time I went in there the poor dude behind the register hadnt been shown how to run it and once I realized I ordered the wrong thing he told me he didn’t know how to change it so I was stuck with a jr cheeseburger instead of a jumbo jack.
Got carls Jr for the first time instead. Very filling, and I’m sure the quality was about even(crap, but that’s what fast food is now thanks to greedy CEOs who insist on record profits every quarter.
