The folks inside were hustling! Food customizations were met. I mentioned I ordered the wrong fries for my son and they gave me the right ones as an extra side for free (because I had to wait a few for my order, but it was nothing outrageous). They did a great job!

What the heck? Really? On top of getting cold curly fries and it took 45 min to get my order. The only thing good was the fact they special made my son a breakfast burrito due to his allergies. But I definitely won’t recommend nor will ever come back. The amount of lazy is absurd. Also forgot my sauce they and said I couldnt get some when I walked inside. Holy cow!

Hi guys, I am all in 100% of having fun at work, trust me, but when it interfere with customer service that’s when I have a issue, this is not just 1 time my order was messed up but 4 times now, so I decided to go else where, I don’t blame the kids working there I blame the managers not doing QA before the food goes to the customer thru the drive thru. Always order ahead of time for pickup in the app. Usually the app says it’ll be somewhere between 5-9 minutes before it’s ready. It’s NEVER been ready in less than 20 minutes. Today I didn’t even leave the house until 10 minutes after I ordered, another ten minutes, and they haven’t even started my order yet. What’s the point of ordering ahead??

So this store is my go to after I get off work at 10:30pm. Most of the time it takes me about 20-35 minutes to get my order. With no cars in front of me. And that’s if they can take the order. After speaking to multiple employees there, at times they have been left alone to do everything! Take orders, cook and fill orders! 1 person for it all! Not their fault. The store manager isn’t available to help when this happens! Then why are they the store manager? The owner needs to reevaluate his management team and help support his staff! The guy who is usually there at night is overwhelmed from being left alone to do things by himself! So if he’s a bit grumpy or doesn’t smile at a customer, they can go somewhere else!
