Came in on Christmas Day, hard workers working hard. Only 4 of them! They were polite and nice to us as everyone was waiting; they didn’t ignore us. They had a system going to serve drive-thru, walk-ins, AND online orders. Please have patience for them, and I want to thank all of them and wish them a Merry Christmas! ❤️

Food seems like a lot less than it used to be for way more in cost. Very unfriendly feeling with the tablets to order yourself. What happened to a friendly welcome from the staff and somebody taking your order. Also the dining room was absolutely disgusting. Not a clean table in sight, counters are sticky and the floors are gross. Sanitizer buckets were right in front of us on the main counter (they shouldn’t be) yet clearly not being used…

If I could give it 0 stars I would! They like to serve food that’s fallen on the floor! they honeslty don’t care about quality! Last time I went there they dropped my tacos and put them back in the bag! The fries were stale and old and covered in black charred pieces! I asked for a bacon ultimate with no mayo (my husband is allergic) I still got mayo on my sandwich! I tried to speak with the manager but he doesn’t know any English! I had to talk to some other lady! This by far has to be the worst jack in the box in the area!

Beautiful location. Terribly slow service for absolutely no reason. It’s one thing to wait 15 min. With only 2 cars but the fact my food was cold actually nerved me. look I get it it’s not all that serious but you gotta think the manager at least cares enough to make sure 1.food is fresh 2. Get the cars out. Then do whatever it is you call “working” harsh but it’s the darn truth I see too much of this service here in the valley.

Would not recommend at all!! I ordered chicken tenders and tiny tacos and got violently sick!! The worst food poisoning I’ve ever had and that’s after I had to practically argue with them to give me my food!! Everyone is looking around amongst themselves until one of the workers who you could tell she was overworked and doing 3 things at once finally helped me! Save your money and stomach and don’t go here!!

I will not be returning to this Jack in the Box ever. This is the dirtiest Jack in the Box I have ever seen. Poor service, lack of professionalism, the employees just do not care about the image of this restaurant. The dining room is so dirty, I’m afraid the kitchen was too. The Manager asked an employee to clean the lobby and they were ignored. There were no clean tables, we had to wipe one down ourselves. The sauce station had spilled and dried sauce that must’ve been there for hours. The counter was dirty and sticky. There were no napkins in the holder and soda had been spilt on the counter and not cleaned up. There were areas in the dining room that have not been cleaned for ages. The dining room was slow, there was no excuse for it not to be clean other than poor attitude, and poor management. There are so many options to eat in this area, Jack in the Box needs to work alot harder to get my business back.

The service here is slow and has always been slow! I get my food cold every-time! I complained about my order just to have the manager look at me dumb founded and had someone translate for them! I personally don’t recommend this place! The jack in the box in buckeye is far but I’d rather waste my gas than my money and time at this one!
