I must say. The lady/manager just made my Daughters day. So we were undecided about what to do for dinner and wound up at Jack n box, ordered some food at drive thru, paid and at last second my daughter says oh I want that cup. I was confused so she asked the young man how do I order or buy one, he said with munchies meal which we got but they had no more cups. The women bless her heart heard my daughter and gave her the one on display. Thank you thank you

I ordered the $10 munchie meal box with the spicy jack, I gotta say I’m not one to complain about fast food but the food was terrible ! The spicy chicken patty was hard a rock and tuff I couldn’t eat it ! Had a weird color Worse chicken sandwich I ever had ever !

Customer service was very polite aloud and quietly RUDE. They know they are serving cold/old food! I was asked to pull out of the drive thru and wait only to receive food so cold I questioned if the fries were made today. The sandwiches were room temp at best and this is actually not the first time I have experienced this at this location. I came at a different time of the day and about a month apart from
the first visit. Needless to say I will NEVER return, this is just what they do. Someone needs to get the health department in there before they cause someone to get sick! Seriously.

Tacos are my favorite here. Crispy shells and tasty. The eating area was in need of cleaning and the bathroom was even worse.

The place was a mess! (See pix) all the tables who were trashy and the employees we just walk right by all of it! I was there for a good 40 minutes enjoying my meal, and not once did they pick up a single table or even sweep. The food was mediocre. It wasn’t as hot as other Jack in the Box locations. And the flavor seemed to disappear almost instantly upon first bite. I’ve never experienced this before it any other location. I do give credit for them being friendly, but that’s the only star I can give them.
