Pretty good place. They even have drive thru. I enjoy the food and drinks. Looking forward to l trying a milkshake and the popcorn chicken box soon. The onion rings were so good and l was even able to take a picture of them in a way to show my Disney love.

I live minutes away so I order from here often. Usually the food is fresh, but the last two times I’ve ordered I had old fries and nuggets. They both were crunchy and hard, tasting old. I got sick and threw up in the middle of the night, hoping it’s just bad food and not anything serious.

Went there for breakfast this morning through the drive thru, went home and ate my sandwich only to feel egg shells in my food. I double checked and yep, there was white hard flakes in it

I was the only guest in the dining room and there was a mess on a table near by. Not once did any employee clean the dining area or care to check on it. From the moment I sat down to the moment I left, the mess was still on the table. If they don’t seem to care about the cleanliness of the store, what makes me think they won’t care about my order?

Have been going to Jack here for years, but now this one seems to have been forgotten by owners. The chairs are broken, you sit on them, and they wobble. The tables looked wiped down, but they looked like they were with a dirty rag, I had to use napkins and water to clean one. And it was not busy, so I would imagined that there was time to clean them. The food tasted off, like it had been sitting in a freezer forever and was just pulled out. For the price hike in things, as a customer, I expected better. I guess the more we have to pay, the less we get. Thank you, but for now, I don’t recommend going here.

One, if not the worst Jack in the Box in the city. Not too busy, but still waited 27 minutes (by their clock) to get the food order. Trash cans inside were full of trash with no room for any more trash.
