I love this place because they’re one of the few franchises that offer breakfast all day. That said, I think they should try to improve the quality of their fries. Their fries come out extra fried/dried and I believe its not because they don’t change their oil often but rather they use their oil so much throughout the day that it gives the fry that outcome. I will suggest improving on quality control, especially ln their dishes that require frying. Other than that, I love their selection on drinks esp. Hi-C pineapple and how often they come out with new items to try, very creative.

Jack its always my go to for burger. Coming from a 4 day stay in mexico craving an American burger they just didn’t cut it. My jumbo jack bun was as flat as sourdough one.Our fries were cold.

Placed order on app at 5:45am. Marked ready 5:56am. It’s been 30 minutes. 6:19am. Order still not given to my husband. Outrageous. Filed a complaint, hopefully they look into it. It’s always something wrong whenever we come to this location. Rude slow cashiers, order never ready on time, order never 100% correct. Too bad it’s the only super close fast food that’s not McDonalds.

The food is great but the staff aren’t entirely accommodating. I’m disabled and come in with medical equipment just to get weird looks. One time someone who I believe to be a manager even insulted me to another employee as I struggled to pick up my order. On occasion I do get a friendly regularly employee however and I give their efforts praise. To management, not so much.

Hands down to the staff here! I messed up my mobile order and sent it to another location and they went out of their way to help me and still provide me with food! They also were really nice about it! Great workers and management!

workers seem to never do job right. they always forget at least 1 to 2 items from things you order (it has happened more than 3 times already). i rarely go there because either food is rarely well done, or raw or they forget items (even after making them repeat what you ordered). from all Jack in the box places this is the worst one ive gone to.

Place is really good and prices are about any other burger place. However i think adding a second line to the drive-thru might have asked a bit more for the staff available. Sometimes orders take a long time to he ready and line get ridiculously long.

I come here 3 times a week, the manager is very rude to the customers he won’t speak any English when a customer asks him a question, he just ignores the customer, and since all the other workers that works with me, they bring their laptop’s so we can get some business done, but now here they closed off their power outlets, so now we have to drive 30 miles to another Jack in the Box to where they still let customers connect their laptops or phones to their outlets. Never coming here again
