Not the jack in the box I remember! I had a Jack burger and was dissatisfied! It had no tomatoe and was just not the same as I use to get a little over 5 years ago in Walla Walla Washington! Was looking forward to having a great burger! I admit I have not been to a jack in the box for about 5 years! So I really noticed the difference!

The customer service at this particular Jack in the Box is consistently impeccable, and the food is consistently prepared to a high standard. However, during peak times, the drive-thru employees can become overwhelmed and occasionally frustrated. Despite this, my overall experience has been positive.
