So used to be a great place. I have deleted that 5 star post.. After the last 6 months it’s went south badly. Food waits are un real. Inside is average 20 to 30 mins each time. Today like many others. Drive thru Order then go n park with 15 other cars waiting. Widow order guy is well let’s say dont have some one who is rude and deaf only can say “huh” all the time. Then girl comes out with 5 to 6 bags asking each car what ur order and gives rude looks and is confused.. but im still waiting. 35 min for 2 taco 2 wraps but dropped 5 bucks is gas waiting …people who ordered 2 to 5 mins after me were getting food than the ones in front of me…finely on her 3rd trip outside. I get food. then I get home 1 mile away…only to have the wrong order…she pick the wrong bag. Why. 6 bags in hand.. none marked and gave me the wrong food with out looking. And food is cold as i eat someone elses food. means 2 people messed up. So upset.

This was hands down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had, and the main reason is the manager, Selena. A manager is supposed to lead, de-escalate, and actually manage problems. Selena did none of that.
From the moment an issue was brought up, her attitude was dismissive, defensive, and unprofessional. Instead of listening or trying to understand the situation, she talked over customers, brushed concerns aside, and acted like doing her job was an inconvenience. No apology, no solution, no effort—just attitude.
What makes this unacceptable is that managers set the tone for the entire store. When the manager doesn’t care, the staff doesn’t care—and it shows. Orders were wrong, service was slow, and employees looked confused and unsupported. That’s not a coincidence; that’s bad leadership.
Someone who can’t stay calm, take responsibility, or communicate respectfully should not be in a management position. A manager should know how to handle complaints without escalating them, how to support their team, and how to represent the company professionally. Selena failed on all of those basics.
Jack in the Box should seriously reconsider who they put in charge of their stores, because experiences like this drive customers away. I won’t be returning to this location, and I strongly recommend going literally anywhere else if you value decent service and basic professionalism.

Once again I got rude service from the manager. 12/13/2025 @ 7:10 pm. I had repeat everything on order 2 times or more. Then when I asked a question if they had cheese sticks she scoffed at me. You need to do something about this manager, she’s rude and doesn’t care.

Place has really gone down hill. Food quality is bad- food is over cooked and cold, I honestly don’t know how you do that, no matter how small the order is you always have to pull up and park in the waiting parking spot. Last 3 times eating here my family all got sick. Won’t be back, our experience will keep us from any jack in the box locations for a while.

Thought this would be something easy and quick.. Have had the tacos numerous times but this is really a first.. Ordered a Jr bacon Cheeseburger with tacos, both items COLD.. Had I not already driven off I would have absolutely returned these for fresh ones.. Come on if the cheese isn’t melted then maybe should be checking the temperature of the food served..

This Jack and the box was so nice. I’ve eaten here before and of course, they measure up to Jack’s standards.
However, I leave a review this time, because it was just above exceptional.
Let’s forgo the melodramatic trauma back story that’s my light, just know, it was getting near closing the lobby and the manager let me sit inside and wait for a ride, instead of outside in the unforgiving, cold night. Bless you for that kindness.

Oh Olivia, working in the window right now at this Goodyear Jack-in-the-Box what an attitude so I go to the drive-through and I pull up to the window and she asked me what type of sauce is what I like and I said a quote I said “oh there’s so many choices” by the time I got done with those few little words, she slammed the window closed behind her look like she grabbed the handful of sauces so I was like OK well she’s gonna give me a variety of sauces and that’s OK. They were thrown in the bag gave it to me boom I drove off I look and I got two cold, jumbo jacks, and all of one type of sauce. I’m like really so I go back to get the receipt just to make sure I can document this horrible service from Olivia at the window there you know you got an attitude lady and you need to do you need to calm down if you don’t wanna deal with the public go working in the back and flip burgers Stay out of the Publix people don’t wanna go spend their money and get an attitude like that and closing windows in my face while I’m trying to tell you what kind of sauce I want what sense that make and I didn’t even get any ketchup so now here I am at home with no ketchup, and I don’t have any ketchup in the house but I just paid for these burgers and all I want was some ketchup and she didn’t give it to me so thanks for nothing Olivia That’s the name on the receipt. I assume that’s her name
