Worst experience at a jack in the box. I ordered in the app and got tacos, halfsies fries, a chicken sandwich, and there was a coupon for a free breakfast jack. When I got home, I realized they didn’t put the fries in the bag. That sucks. Then going through the food, everything was soggy and cold. I open a taco and it’s literally a lettuce taco. I open the breakfast jack and see a whole eggshell right on top with a two green spots!! Ewww! The Chicken sandwich had soggy lettuce and an extreme amount of mayo. Overall this was a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 minutes to literally anywhere else.

If there were only two items that I was told to order from the entire menu, it would be the egg rolls and the tacos, and that’s it. And they used to have a super taco, but that doesn’t exist anymore. If there was a super taco, it would be one of the best items on the menu.

The staff is generally friendly, and they get the order right most of the time. While there have been a few instances where something was a little cold or a special request was missed, it’s not a regular occurrence. The food is what you’d expect from Jack in the Box, and it satisfies a late-night craving perfectly. A good, reliable fast-food spot in the area.

Ordered a smash burger it was cold and did not have flavor. The meat was dried out. And they are using a pre cooked/staged patty. I could tell, it should have been thrown out. This JIB has very poor quality food. The one off of Jack rabbit is 5 Stars but Estrella in Goodyear I would give it a 0 star.
