I had a fantastic experience at the Jack-in-the-Box on Olive and 59th! The girls working the drive-through were amazing at customer service. One of them, who mentioned she’s due in March (congrats, mama!), went out of her way to recommend the barbecue sauce because it has a little spicy kick—great suggestion, by the way! She had such a positive attitude and was so friendly throughout the interaction. Bonus points: she’s a Sagittarius, which makes me like her even more! Thank you for the excellent service—it really made my night!

I started coming here about 4 months ago and the service is excellent! I have specific request for my order it’s never standard no cheese on my tacos and no salt on my fries. They always make sure that my order is correct. I dine in most of the time during my lunch break and I always come back for the great food and the customer service. The staff is hard working and always polite. This location is great that’s why I will keep coming back.

This location was remodeled, and a new staff. Lots of parking and well lit. Very clean and lots of seating.
It’s a rough area. However, they have pivoted to make it a nicer and safer place.
They have very good team members, and they are always cleaning.
Food is good and well priced. Easy menu and full soda machine of choices.
Kid friendly.

Yesterday, on my way to pick up My Wife from college I stopped to get a large chocolate shake
They said it was going to be about six bucks. I said OK not a big deal little expensive but whatever.
I look at my bank statement today and they are charging me $20 pending now I don’t have the receipt to prove that I bought one item but I don’t know what to do so I just lost money. I use my Apple Pay and somehow they manage to take $20 from me so if you use Apple Pay keep track of your account. Keep track of your bank statements. Keep that receipt until you check it because this place is scamming people.

I went this morning to get my lunch for work and specifically told the employee NO pickles, I even asked them to confirm that they heard me. After waiting almost 20 minutes I got my food and when I got to work and decided to check that they got everything right to my surprise when I opened the burger it was LOADED with pickles. I’m not sure if the employee did it maliciously or what but either way it’s unacceptable.

Very disappointed.. I was polite as I always am.. Girl at the drive thru was very unpleasant.. These are the tomatoes I received on my sourdough jack.. Large curly fries and got half a carton.. Asked for extra lettuce on my tacos and got pathetic tacos instead.. Very very poor quality all around..

they changed the kiosk so you cant customize your order anymore (i.e cant sub curly fries). the service is abysmally slow and the store appears to be understaffed (only 3 people in the kitchen). id look for a different jack in the box if possible

You order, pay, and are immediately parked. They must be hit pretty hard on service time but it’s misleading to your results when you have us park, sit, and wait 10-15 min for food anyways. The food is drenched in grease you would think it was never drained just straight from the fryer to your bag. Hashbrowns were soggy and leaking through the entire bag. Food and service are lousy.

Hilarious, they rush you at drive through, was trying to make most of my meals combo, girl in drive through was WAY to bothered to listen and take the order, gave us COLD HARD DRY food gave us the WRONG breakfast sandwich. My sons chicken strips HARD and DRY the poor babe couldn’t even bite into them! Tried calling multiple times NO ANSWER! Disgusting.
