The guy taking my order was very nice. Whoever bagged the food doesn’t know how to read what’s on the screen. I asked for curly fries, I got regular instead and the soda I ordered had like two ice cubes in it. I don’t know if it was an old one they were trying to sell or what. Usually the order is right but I was honestly disappointed.

Ordered a crispy garden salad and they basically gave me a cheese salad. Also the lettuce is really old. I tried giving them one last try since the last time I ordered the same salad they gave me the shredded lettuce from the tacos . Never again !

They make the lobby customers wait upwards of 30+ minutes for no reason sometimes. Awful customer service. And while making lobby wait drive thru is also getting backed up and for absolutely no reason other than they stand around twidling their thumbs. There are 2 guys one works register and the other works grill/register and those two and the only helpful cool ones.

Brandon the African American heavy set was rude very unprofessional I don’t understand how he is a manager. I ordered $30 worth of breakfast food for my family mind you they threw it together uncooked when I ask them to come look at it the lady young lady CeCe or TT said oh my goodness I am so sorry about that the cookies in training now find you I said okay well I need to speak to a manager and I don’t want this food I would just go ahead and accept my refund back when I tell you this guy was so rude shut the window on me I asked about who do I speak to about this you know this complaint and as far as his unprofessional self he told me no matter who or where you complain it comes back to me!!! I would never recommend nobody to eat their the food is uncooked it smells the way they treat you there is unbelievable!! I am telling you I would not recommend anyone to eat at this disgusting establishment

This location used to be great before the remodel. After the remodel, they have rude staff on hand who always park you when no one is in line or in the lobby and always give you stale fries and undercooked food. I am so sick of having to be parked every single time I come. I have completed multiple reviews after each visit using the official jack in the box QR code and yet they still don’t fix the issue. It’s fast food stop parking people every single chance you get. It’s the winter so it is not as bad but, during the summer they move you from the shade of the drive thru to the full sun parking spots where you sit there with sun glaring in your face. I do not recommend that you all go here until they change their tune and value the customer over their time.

My family & I went through the drive thru the other day. First took 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me through the intercom to take my order while it was raining – didn’t want my window down but didn’t think i could hear them so water was getting in my window cracked. Once placing order it took 15 more minutes to get to the window. Was stuck in the line. Than was at the window for another 15 minutes waiting on my food. Noticed Inside they had bags, trash all on the floor just kicking it all around. Lids and cups just dropping & being left. Workers wearing open toed sandals, no uniform. On top of being irritated for the wait, seeing the unprofessionalism & dirtiness – i got home & they got my order wrong. I made it clear, along with them confirming it back to me that their would be no taco sauce on the mini tacos its for my toddler. When i opened the box they had the too filled with the lettuce & taco sauce on top? Thats not ever how that order looks or ever is made either? Would not recommend this location until a manager actually manages this location.

The lady at the register seemed to be having a bad day on account of her coworkers lack of skill. She had to do a lot earlier that day because of their incompetence. Anyways once she noticed me she greeted me as if she was having a good day. I’m not one to pry so I just wished her a good day. On my way out the next customer asked how she was doing. I never heard her response. Anyways the food was so good I came back the exact same time next week. Food was still amazing. I’d go back, but i haven’t gotten the coupon I used both times in the mail.

I just have to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to an absolutely phenomenal employee—Sydney. From the moment I walked in, her energy lit up the whole place. She’s compassionate, empathetic, and has the kind of warm, friendly attitude that instantly makes you feel better—no exaggeration.
Despite my silly self and all the back-and-forth, Sydney remained extremely patient and understanding. She handled everything with professionalism and kindness, never once losing that amazing smile. You can tell she’s a natural-born leader, and it’s obvious why she’s already a team leader. But let me be clear—she needs to be the General Manager ASAP. She leads by example, stands on business, and carries that whole team with grace and confidence.
If you’re paying her $25/hr, go ahead and bump that up to $26 or more, because she is worth every penny and then some. And if you’re serious about excellence, train every employee to be just like Sydney. Her sweetheartedness made my day 1000x better. Thank you, Sydney—you’re a real one, and Jack in the Box is lucky to have you.

When I try to use my gift card there was a problem with their machine and when the worker try to use other ones still not working and said “We can’t take it something wrong with the card” but before I went to Jack my gift card was working perfectly so I know its wasn’t my card but there machine also employee didn’t give my coupon back at least the Teen workings at that time was nice and gave me a free drink for my trouble but they need to fix what ever is going on with their machine.
