I placed my order online and it said my order would be ready at 3:05am I didn’t leave the drive thru until 03:35am. IVIE F. has some serious attitude issues and horrible customer service. My order was incomplete and wrong. I pulled around, informed her POLITELY that my order was missing items and it wasn’t what I had ordered. She took my item back “remade it”. She clearly just added sauce on top. My fries were cold. No apology or acknowledgement. I’m sorry for the inconvenience and to disturbed you from doing YOUR JOB. Dude with her was cool, he should be taking orders and interacting with the customers, not her.

So after a long days of work ( paint on my hand still) I go and order some food, chicken sandwich was good, curly fries a little on the crispy side. And 2 tacos that had no meat….when did they start doing vegan tacos?…disappointed…
Tuesday may 28, midnight , went to give this place a 3rd try, chicken. Sandwiches were old…dry..hard and old…the chicken biscuit was hard a a rock I could drill a nail into it you’d think after all the negative reviews they’d do something about customer satisfaction but thats never the case….

Update: I’m working nights and after a long day at work I didn’t feel like cooking, so I decided to order here again. I ordered an order of tacos and a jumbo Jack. The burger was good, however the tacos were disgusting. The lettuce b seems it was rotten and they didn’t even have any sauce which I didn’t request. and fell apart before taking it out of the bag. Pitiful.
A year ago: I’m not even sure what to say. After I ordered my food, I check before leaving the building. I ordered onion rings, egg rolls and other couple things. Anyways, when I was checking I notice there was a bag of jalapeno poppers which I didn’t order and there was no onion rings. I go back to the drive inn and I was kindly enough to say they gave me something else to compensate my onion rings. Once they gave me the onion rings I went home finding out I didn’t have my order of egg rolls. Plus when I was about to eat my burger, the burger was soggy, this was the horrible experience, but thanks I guess.

I have NEVER had a experience, but this is the WORST jumbo jack I had ever seen. It reminded me of a kids meal. This used to be my favorite jack, but this is the last time I will visit even if I’m starving! I will travel further to Burger King for a Whopper with EXTRA ONIONS!

3/12/23 09:06hrs I had the employee pick my breakfast of her choice. She picked a breakfast jack. Ham, egg and cheese on a toasted warm soft bun. $3.53. Not bad!

It’s fast food. Fast food places shouldn’t get reviews. Also, $14 after tax for a regular size #1 is wild. Same product, if not worse ingredients, for astronomical prices. Same thing 10 years ago was $7 after tax.
