I know everyone says this but if the stars could be 0 I would do it just for the fact that the lady Yvette works there. My fiance went to pick up the order and the lady Yvette at the drive thru would not give him all the stuff we ordered. I ordered 4 ranch and she thought we didn’t need that much and only gave us 2, for context we order 3 sandwhiches. When confronted she told him she would call the cops if he continues to cause a scene and after showing her what we ordered wasn’t what we were given she continued to be rude and disrespectful. This isnt the first time she has been disrespectful but we come back because its the closest location. I won’t be returning untill she is fired

This is the second time I have found a hair in my food from this Jack in the Box location. After the first experience, I decided to give it another chance, but unfortunately the same issue occurred again. I am confident the hair was not mine, as I always keep my hair secured in a bun. Cleanliness and food safety are extremely important, and experiencing this more than once is concerning. I am disappointed and hope this location takes steps to improve their food handling standards.

Worst service ever. Not professional at all. Bad attitude rude disrespectful.Restrooms super dirty. Will never be buying Jack in the box in my life. Spent 47 dollars. Got a 5 piece chicken strips and they said I am only allowed 1 sauce of barbecue. This is ridiculous insane! Makes no sense! It’s unacceptable I wants asking extra sauce I was asking for a correct amount of sauce for the portions I ordered. I will be taking my business to chic fil a . It’s so sad to see Jack in the box as my childhood fast food treat us this way. When Jack in the box runs out of business. Remeber who your public and clients are. Ruined a whole meal. I paid extra for sauce when the fair thing is to give your costumers the correct amounts of sauce. Absolutely bad staff and bad management.

This morning I ordered two burritos and a sandwich. It took over 25 minutes to arrive. When I asked about my order, the cashier became very rude and argued with me. The order was ready, but they didn’t have coffee prepared, and they started making it. This is supposed to be a fast-food restaurant, and at least 10 minutes is enough, but waiting longer is unacceptable. Another customer who was waiting also told them they were taking too long. The employee at the drive-thru window was also very rude; she packed my order and threw the receipt at me. I don’t know what kind of training the staff at this particular store are receiving. They shouldn’t argue with customers; they shouldn’t forget that they depend on the customers. I hope they take responsibility for their actions. Thank you very much.

Drive thru person was being rude since the start to my daughter on the speaker box. when she pulled up, not only did they give her the order wrong but they also made her pay for extra sauce that was not given to her. Also, she called in and the person in charge put her on hold and never got back to her, my daughter had to hang up. Very poor customer service.

Manager completely unprofessional. She mutters words under her breath speaking ill of the customers when she gets frustrated. This has happened more than once. The manager is a white woman with tattoos and black hair.

I stopped in to get a few tacos for someone. The food was good but the young guy you had was working the counter with the glasses was not even paying attention to the surroundings and was taking his sweet time and I didn’t get my tacos for almost 10 minutes even though I saw they had the order made . He was busy talking to the girl in the Drive-Thru and walking really slow back and forth to each station and not paying attention. I had to catch the bus otherwise this wouldn’t have been a problem. But all in all it is a nice restaurant and I appreciate Jack in the Box always because I love her tacos and I’ll always come back . I just ask that you maybe have the younger employees on the front counter work with more of a sense of urgency. Especially when it’s not busy at all . I was the only one there at the time so they didn’t have any other customers . Thank you for all you do .
