If I wanted your “Spicey Good Good Sauce” in my burrito, I would have asked for it. I tried calling three times in a row but you can’t even be bothered to pick up the phone to tell me what you put in my burrito. I had to look at your menu options to deduce what it was myself. This is not the first local Jack in the Box I’ve had this happen at. They are leaving the cheese and hot sauce off the tacos. I think they are just hoping people just not notice because it’s happened many times lately. Too much to be coincidence. Nothing but meat and lettuce.

I went here because it’s right next to my work. I decided to get the big chicken box. It smelled great and I was excited to eat. When I got back to work, I found that there’s almost no chicken in it. It’s barely half full and most pieces looks like they are just clumps of breading that got fried with few pieces of actual chicken. Extremely disappointing.
