My bus stop to go home is right in front of this Jack in the box. So I make quite a few stops here before going home. And each and Everytime I have had nothing but pleasant greetings and good service here. I left my glasses at work once and the girls at the front counter even helped me read the menu. Such awesome employees always willing to go above and beyond their call of duties. 5 stars.

I came in the morning before work on February 19th and I had to use the bathroom real bad and after I did that I was gonna order me a meal how I alway start my mornings off and they had terrible customer service he was disgustingly rude I think it was a manager he told me no I have to order first I told him I was after I just had to uses the bathroom bad he told me it’s for customer only and I could go to the fry’s with bad attitude I’d never seen customer service like it it’s horrible. Shaking his head at me swiping his hands signing no and just terrible attitude would never recommend.

Drink machine nearly broken. Out of most sodas, no sugar free options (im type 2) and it came out warm no ice. Food was hot at least.

On the door it says Lobby is open till 10:00 p.m. I was there a little bit before 9:00 p.m. an hour before they’re supposed to lock the door the door is locked and nobody will even answer the phone if the times are posted on the door is the door supposed to be unlock during normal business hours like it states on the door

Came here 8/2/25 @12:40AM Drive Thru with my parents. There was a male and female working that night. One girl with short poofy dyed hair, glasses, and a brown skinny boy. They kept rushing us to take our order.
The male interrupted and told us “Thank you come again” before we had a chance to even order. They kept asking us if we were ready every 30 secs even though we said multiple times we needed time to discuss and gather our orders.
They mentioned something about having a time limit to order which I have never heard of being a thing! They gave a lot of attitude and kept snickering the whole time.
Mind you, we were the ONLY ONES in line which made no sense as to why they were rushing us.
This was the worst experience I’ve had at this location. They both need to be fired. Both too young and obviously don’t care to work. They don’t deserve this job!! Jack’s , Do Better!!!

All around one of the BEST experiences I’ve had visiting a late night fast food restaurant. I especially want to commend the girl taking orders in the drive-thru, very friendly, made sure to ask about what options I wanted on my meal, ran the food to my car, and the food was cooked perfectly. I don’t expect much from fast food places late at night, but they over exceeded my expectations by leagues. I hope these employees are reward for their excellence. Visited at about 1:40am Double Jack combo with a large Coke.

This jack in the box was always a little slow in the drive thru for me. They would always make me park and wait an extra 10 or more minutes for the food. Other than that good food and good service.

It’s so good to be able to get my Diet Cherry Coke again from Jack at this location. The DT is open while the dining room is being remodeled. The staff was very happy to be at work and help me with my order in a fast polite friendly manner. They say the store will be fully open on 6/11. Can’t wait to see the changes!

I live and work next door to this establishment. I work late hours. I work in the service industry and have been by over the past few months after midnight to order. They’ve always had a sign saying closed due to short staff. Today I drive up and get in line, it’s late, just before 3am, however there are cars being served. As I am about to pull up an employee walks up outside my vantage point to change a sign…being that it’s so late/early the menu could be changing. He sees cars behind the person he literally puts the sign up in front of while they’re ordering and says nothing to anyone that’s waiting. My turn is next. The sign reads “drivethru closed due to short staff”. Not sure if it’s a staff/management/owner/or franchise problem , but I sure as hell know I’m in the heart of Tempe and if this Jack n the Box can’t live up to their commercials then why would anyone else have any faith in them.
