I love Jack In The Box but this particular location seems to have really slow service in the drive through. Also, the dining area closes at 10:00 pm even on Friday and Saturday night and there are no tables for outdoor dining so, after hours you may be forced to eat in your car. I hate that. The food is always great. I love the Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger with bacon. The pricing is great especially with rewards from using the app.

This is only the 2nd time I’ve been to a Jack In The Box in my life, but based on my experience today I wish there were some in my neck of the woods. I really had no idea what I wanted when I walked in but fairly quickly decided on a Double Jack combo ( minus all the vegetable toppings except for lettuce ) with curly fries and a Coke. Wow, was it good ! It really hit the spot and I was very glad we’d gone there for lunch.

Worst Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to. I don’t eat fast food much but I like their tacos . Came in twice and the tacos fell apart within seconds because of how greasy they were and how long they had been kept warm. The second time I came in they had my tacos ready in 30 seconds and when I asked if these are fresh they said yes. Total B.S. they had to be sitting there for 10 minutes or more. I’ll never stop there again.

Dude with the black greasy hair didn’t listen to me once. I felt like he was ignoring me the entire time I was talking, he didn’t get my order right twice, also got my drink wrong twice. I told him at the window, still didn’t get my order right. Still received the wrong drink, and didn’t get the rest of my food.

Okay have to admit that I went there because one of their billboard ads looked good. Asked for the special I saw advertised… I think it was two breakfast sandwiches for $5 the person asked me whether I wanted five breakfast sandwiches and I said no so she gave me two random breakfast sandwiches and then charged me $8 for them. I was going to fill out a survey about my poor experience but I didn’t get a receipt. So I’m posting here. Beware …you won’t get what you ordered and it won’t be the price you expect

Ordered placed thru Uber. Sourdough and ultimate were over sauced and the burger meat was overcooked! The fries were bland and barely warm! Now I know Jack in the Box drive thru lines are empty! Absolutely no more visits to any Crap in the Box!
