Hey Jack and social team, now that you brought back the chicken supreme with the mayo-onion sauce may I suggest that you start putting the mayo-onion sauce back on the other sandwiches as well? We have been waiting YEARS for the chicken supreme and the mayo onion sauce to return. This sauce was the secret to why your food tasted so good and special back in the day. Pass this message up, make the change and advertise the heck out of it and I guarantee you this would be good marketing that brings your old customers back and intrigue new ones. It would be cool to play the nostalgia card in the advertising. Consider it please this was the right move guys you need to capitalize on it… and do not get rid of the onion-mayo sauce again keep it and utilize it!

We got take out.
1st – only gave us 5 mozzarella sticks not 6 as ordered
2nd – it took over 10min (watched their screen hit 10min when I asked where our food was) to get our order and they were not busy
3rd – only one person spoke to us after he came out of the back and asked if we had paid. The order doesn’t go up if nit paid for.
Will not go back to this location.

Came with a coupon and instead of taking my order at the speaker they made me wait to get to the second window. When I got to the window they tried to just hand me someone’s pick-up order then I finally was able to give my coupon for the order. Of course then I had to sit in the parking lot as they walked out…just my sodas…then I had to wait again for my food…this was literally the most inefficient way to do a drive-thru I’ve ever experienced.

Absolutely terrible!!! Andrew and Laura R had NO idea what they were doing. We were OVER charged, modly lettuce, order was wrong 3x! We went through the drive through, then walked in and it still wasnt correct. Im sorry but Andrew has no concept of what he is doing and needs more training….I was shorted food and the actual food given tasted old, dry and again lettuce was moldy!! Unacceptable…..I am honestly shocked that there is no pride in serving decent food…..I understand what I am buying which is convenience but ATLEAST cook the food fresh and the produce isnt disgusting. I have my receipt , took pictures and threw it away.

The place was tidy and clean. And the employees were very prompt. We stopped in today for Taco Tuesday. They were just as we expected. The restrooms were also very clean. Clean restrooms are a big thing for me. I feel it says a lot about the rest of the restaurant. Next time I think I want to try one of those boba drinks. They look very yummy.
