Overcharged for my meal, talked to a manager and she insisted on the $14 charge instead of the $6.08 . I figured I may have misunderstood so I went back to check the menu and confirmed the $6.08. Double , medium and 2 tacos was $18.14 . DO NOT COME HERE!

Came here on a Friday morning to grab some late breakfast/brunch while visiting my brother. Not far from where he stays so we walked over. Happy to see that their chicken teriyaki bowl now comes with the option to sub brown rice instead of white rice. Quick service and it won’t cost you much.

We received a flyer in the mail today from Jack in the box. They were advertising their Triple Bonus Jack combo for $4.99 so we decided to try them. We went to this location at Ray and Cooper rd in Chandler and they refused to honor the price on the flyer!! We even showed them the flyer and said we dont honor the price or the coupons on the back!! Dont think I will be going back to store #138!!!

Every other night I go drive thru and order a fajita meal with extra cheese and onions but every time it’s all wrong, tonight I got no cheese and no onions, last time no onion and the screen shows exactly what I ordered and they never get it right!! I go to this location alot since it’s closest to my home and I love their food but they need to get it right, I leave work and I’m just wanting to get home and enjoy my meal but it’s always wrong or something is missing. They know me already and sometimes I think they do it on purpose for some reason, they know I always order extra cheese and onions on my fajita. Very disappointing and I’m not the type of person to post reviews but this time I had too because it really frustrated me.

This Jack in the Box was extremely SLOW ! It truly looked like there were only 2 staff working on the day I was there. The food was fresh and hot, but it took a very long time to get our order. Truly took about 10 minutes. All we ordered were 2 hamburgers, fry and 2 drinks. We had to do walk in as our vehicle will not fit in the drive thru. It was a clean store, just slow. Another customer had ordered a french fry, it took at least 7-9 minutes just for a fry. I will not be going back to this Jack in the Box.

This is one of the worse places ever. I was there last night 10pm (no receipt was given to me) got home (5 mins away) and my food was ice cold. The fries where staled and the tacos where old like they had been sitting out all day. I drove back spoke with Martha and told her my items where Cold and staled. She said what do you want me to do they will be cold again. I said what…she then said let me see what my manager says. So I pulled to the window and she says I’m sorry I can’t make your food because then I’d have to pay for it. I said you gave me cold staled food why do I have to be responsible for your mistakes. She said I’m sorry I can’t help you. I asked where’s her manager she said there isn’t one. I asked her what manager did she just say she had to talk to she said no there isn’t one. Then she asked for my receipt I said the young girl took the order where is she. She said her name was Lesa and she was in the back and she can’t help me either. I requested to have my order remade and she refused to do it said she will have to pay for it and just call the manager in the morning. This is the worse service I’ve ever received. How can you give someone old staled food then not give them a receipt then don’t even take account for your actions. I wouldn’t even let my dog eat at this jack in the box. The worse service ever I’d give them no stars but that’s not an option. This place needs all new employees for third shift. Also there was not one person in the line…so remaking my food was never a hassle to anyone! I will also be sharing this to everyone I know so they know NEVER TO COME HERE!!

I didnt get a chance to order because the 2 ladies that are supposed to be working were sitting down in the dining area with their feet propped up on the chairs playing in their phones. I sat in the drive through for almost 10 min ( well, it felt like 10 min could have been 5) but regardless, if you are open 24/7, then they should have been talking my order not playing games or facebooking. I’ve been to this jack in the box hundreds of times and I’ve always been greeted and my order had been taken. Except for tonight. Pretty sad

Living about one mile from this location, I have been enjoying Jumbo Jacks for many years. I ordered for my wife and I last night on-line. I arrived about 10 min. after ordering. The first thing I noticed was that the crewmember I greeted did not smile and was not friendly at all. I ordered 2 jumbo jacks, 2 tacos and a large french fry order. None of the food was hot and the jumbo jacks and the fries in particular seemed as though they had been sitting around for awhile before being served to us. I noticed the staff was different as I typically order on a Friday evening. My wife and I look forward to these Friday night meals from Jack in the Box – last night was very disappointing.
