Great friendly service and food is decent. Sometimes, the menu is limited but for the most part a good location. Too many wanderers in the area that sometimes interfere with the drive thru. Overall okay, but better fast food options in the area

Robots would’ve been more friendly than the lady wearing the Black Parker Vest.
There’s no welcome, no face contact, no thank you, Nothing and my order was called, ” 6 Tacos” left on the counter and the lady walked away before I got there, again no interaction.
Wanted to wash my hands before I sat to eat but, the bathroom(singular) was locked and I had to ask for a Dirty Key connected to a Dirty plastic servicing spoon, like a Dirty Gas Station. No paper towels so, you have to use your shirt to pickup that Dirty key holder to give back and use another part of your shirt to open door, which I managed.
It seemed the Grease may have been overly used because, my tacos were brown and soggy not golden and crisp, I’ve eaten many Jack tacos, these were not tasty.
I will NOT be back to this one.
The regional area supervisor needs to fix this one.

P.S. I think the problem goes beyond this manager because, if you read the other reviews they’re the same issue with a response back to you that seems to be a letter head starting with:

Highly disappointed in today’s dining experience. This is my 4th time eating here. 2 times after 8pm and once before at7 am. All three times the service was above par. The younger lady with the glasses was working her butte off and still made time out of her busy schedule to give me great personal service. Above and beyond.
However today at 10 am (8/27) all who were working could give to suits whether or not amy customer was helped. Rude and uncaring. I recently moved to Mesa and was looking forward to this being my new home jack in the box. Unfortunately this experience soured my relationship with jack in the box and will now be taking my business to burger king or else where.

But into my breakfast sandwich to find egg shells! Coffee was cold and hash brown cold and the lady who took my order wasn’t rude but was not nice either. Spent just under $10 to ruin my breakfast and start my day out like this?? What a waste. They didn’t give me a receipt so that I could give review with jack n the box either.

The food is alright but the customer service was terrible!! I was the only person there when I walked in, it took a bit to come to the counter to take my order. No greeting, no thank you, not even a smile! Not nothing!! From now on I choose to go somewhere else with my very hard earned money!
