I had a very disappointing experience at this Jack in the Box location. There was only one car in front of me, yet I ended up waiting about 30 minutes in the drive‑thru — including 15 minutes after I had already paid. When I politely asked why my simple order (a Number 18) was taking so long, the employee closed the window in my face without saying a word.

There’s no excuse for that kind of customer service. Long waits happen, but basic communication and respect should never be too much to ask. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and definitely not what I expect from a place I normally enjoy

I came through and ordered 12 tacos. I was the only car in the drive through and they weren’t busy. They had me pull around to the front and had to wait 15 minutes for my tacos. They weren’t busy and by the time I finally got my tacos and took me 2 minutes to get home they were cold. I honestly think they forgot about my food and when I called to let them know and they didn’t answer

I came here for my lunch break. I used the restroom to find out there wasn’t soap in the women’s room. Another lady walked in behind me and said this was her 3rd day here in a row with no soap which makes me think the employees aren’t washing their hands after. When I went to order and pay the gentleman said the card reader was down and had to take my card to the back of the store to swipe. I didn’t really feel comfortable with that. Nothing to do with the employee more the security of my card. These issues need to be addressed more for soap issue.

I just went thru the drive thru and paid 28 bucks for two sour dough burger meals. I asked for curly fry’s and got regular fry’s. I did not get a receipt and the person at the drive thru window was rude. I do not recommend this place and I will not go back

WARNING dont ever try using a Jack n the Box gift card at this Jack n the Box. Wouldn’t work at front register or drive thru. Manager accused me of trying to scam them. Called 1800 number on back of card put on speaker phone so he could clearly hear it say I have a $25 balance on my card. He then tried to say it should work at a different location. My mom bought me the card from that location because it’s by my house. He then tried to offer me free Halloween cups to make up for it. I said no I need my card that was bought from this store to work or you can refund me $25 that is on the card. After lots of back in forth and me having to raise my voice and get upset he finally gave me $25 and I gave him the card. An absolute horrible experience and I urge everyone to never ever by gift cards from Jack n the Box because it probably won’t work and they will treat you like a criminal who is trying to pull some fraud scam when it doesn’t.

Food is fine…when you get the food you ordered. The last three times we have gone, we used their app to mobile order and each time something was missing. Last night, half of the food was missing. Never again, what a disappointment. How do you screw up an order that’s mobile where you have nothing to interpret or hear wrong, just read? Will not be going back.

Horrible customer service from the angry little guy in the drive thru. I guess making sure I get what I ordered is a bother to him. He shut the window on me for asking a question. Someone give this poor boy a break, he needs it.

Not sure why this location is showing 2.8 stars on Google. I visit this place every so often, but ever since the Nashville popcorn was released I’ve been coming every morning I do an app order and every time the customer service I experience with Sam at the drive thru window has been at a 110%. He greets you with a good morning making sure napkins and sauces are in your bag with your order before you drive off “Have a great day!” Jack in the box I’m not just saying this. Sam is going to be a great asset to your company! Thanks again Sam
