It is a self serve kiosk and you would think that would expedite or benefit somewhere in the operation. Nope. They stand around, inept. Then you pay extra for large fries and not one person can confirm these are large fries. I would hate to order a small or regular fries – would I only get 5 fries? This is why I stopped coming to jack in the box, so inconsistent. I think if an employee wants to increase minimum wage, the level of service should also match it and elevate. Obviously wont be happening at this location. We are still trying to get $4.25 an hour service and then we can move up

I love the classic potato wedges but today I got some and it totally wasn’t the same as the other days I have gotten them. It really ruined how I feel about them. Make them fresh everyday or don’t sell them to customers that really like them.

Ordered through Drive-thru 3 plain burgers, the drive-thru clerk was rude and treated me as though I didnt know what i was ordering. they were not made to order. As I went in to ask for a replacement, the male working drive through began speaking in Spanish not knowing I also speak Spanish.

Thy move people from the drive thru window to the front door to better their scores to corporate then make you wait 10 minutes for your food. The food wasn’t even fresh when I got it. The hash browns were hard and cold and the French toast sticks were cold. They forgot the salt and pepper It’s 6am and I started my day with disappointment at its finest.

Waited over 20 minutes past the said pick up time. Burger was cold, fries cold. Food was being prepared and left on the counter. Was not greeted when we walked in and watched others get greeted. Understaffed for a Friday night and unorganized. Others were leaving and they were only accepting cards for payment. Watched a gentleman want to order and he only had cash.

Been buying myself a jumbo jack and french fries for breakfast every friday for bout 27 years. Really disappointed in this store this morning. Service was fine, but the food was cold, and stale. Nothing like treating myself to my well deserved friday jack…to throw it away. In todays market, when everyones sales are down, you’d expect folks to be on top of their game…not Itzel, and not this store.

Irene fixed it!!!! And comped me a shake for my troubles and apologized too many times for what she didn’t do. Thank you beautiful lady. 5 stars. I also want to say those two young men were doing their best and I’m sorry for snapping at you but I was very frustrated and that’s not an excuse ever. I worked fast food and I already know what was said when that window closed and I don’t blame you. Thank you to the crew at 3 pm on July 5th y’all were all super nice and accommodating. Where’s Joe though?

……. I need a manager to get in contact. Paid for food I couldn’t eat and returned and told no one was on shift to do refunds. I wasn’t about to hold onto a burrito I wasn’t going to eat so I returned it. Ordered at 5:10 this morning. There is no egg, cheese and bacon burrito. Usually when Joe is here it’s easy sailing to just ring me up for such a burrito. I don’t like the ham or the sausage at JIB.
Sub out the other meats for the bacon right? Extra charge whatever. I get home and it’s ham and literally one and a half pieces of practical uncooked bacon and ham. I go back and young man can’t do refunds. So I ask to remake it explaining my complaint. It’s subbing not removing. Two strips for every meat removed, I paid for. I get the second burrito and it’s literally two pieces of bacon and half the amount of eggs.
Like I’m not trying to be rude or mean but I got up and drove down here. I paid almost $7 for something so trash and what I did not order. I don’t make much money so when my kids and I get a chance to go out yes I expect it to be correct. Spent $21 at Filiberto’s for everything to be completely wrong. I’m a freaking dishwasher making $15 an hour. I am not a Karen I just expect my freaking food to be what I want just as my job expects clean freaking dishes. It’s what the customer paid for and is expecting.

The service was “okay”. I waited for 12 minutes to get 2 tacos. My friend and I were the only 2 people in the dining room. There were 3 people behind the counter and they seemed to be concentrating on the drive thru orders. I like the tacos but not sure why it takes 12 minutes.
