If I could do a zero I would!!!! I straight up asked dude at cashier on 2/20/26 @ 4:25pm if my shake was a Matcha shake and he straight up said yes I told him are you sure because they not like that at the other jack in the box and he straight up said yes again!!! I don’t believe this is ok at all I will not be going back to this one and I die in the heck will tell everyone else too on tik tok!!! Not green at all! Damn.. Jack has really fallen off. Used to be they didn’t make it till you ordered it. Now I Order online and get there before the time. I get cold fries, cold tacos and paid extra for the large milkshake. And they don’t fill it.. man. I’m going to In and Out next time. I know it’s gonna be fresh.

The staff is just doing their job so it’s not bad but the food is crazy in pricing. Too expensive for what it is and it’s nice to be able to go in and order your food and avoid the drive thru. The food needs to come down and the milkshakes too. The quality of food is nowhere near the price. I’m talking like their shakes are expensive their burgers are expensive and none of it is all that great. If you get lower quality food to save on money and then jack the price up, you got yourself a jack in the box.

I placed order online through the app. I ordered tacos, they were so brown and burnt. We ordered tenders, asked for ranch, we did not get any sauces.

The man at the window was very rude, did not say anything at all. I told him at the speaker I was there for 2 online orders, gave him the name, he said pull up.
When I pulled up he did not say 1 word he put the bags out the window waited for me to take them, he closed the window said nothing.
We didn’t even get napkins.
Poor poor service, if he doesn’t like his job he shouldn’t be there, there are many others that would appreciate a job. Customer Service is everything and he did absolutely NOTHING.

Came through the drive through and was told my receipt would be in my bag. When I went to eat my food at work there was no receipt and half my order was missing. Tried to call multiple times and no one answers. Went in person and the manager was very rude and refuses to do anything about it because I dont have the receipt THEY DIDNT GIVE ME… dont understand why he cant look up the transaction from the day prior, or even go off of my bank statement. My recent encounters at this particular drive-thru have spiraled from frustrating to outright appalling, revealing a disturbing pattern of customer disregard and a complete breakdown in service. Not long ago, I found myself waiting at the speaker for a full five agonizing minutes, enduring an eerie silence. Despite repeated “hellos,” there was no greeting, no acknowledgment – simply straight-up ignored. The experience was, in a word, horrible. However, the absolute nadir occurred on August 28, 2025. On this occasion, my girlfriend encountered an exceptionally rude drive-thru attendant. After being made to awkwardly reach far into the window for her order, she was then abruptly told to back up her car without any explanation. Confused and feeling entirely disrespected, she made the difficult decision to simply drive away, leaving behind an order she had already paid for. Attempting to rectify the situation, I immediately called the restaurant, only to be met with ceaseless ringing and no answer. A subsequent call saw someone pick up the line only to instantly hang up, a final, infuriating act of dismissal. It’s clear that this establishment has a systemic issue with its drive-thru operations and customer service. What began as an isolated instance of being ignored has escalated into an experience involving rudeness, theft of paid goods, and an outright refusal to address concerns. This isn’t just bad service; it’s a profound disrespect for patrons that demands immediate and thorough intervention.

I’ve been to this location several times over the years but this visit was certainly not like usual. Staff was friendly and fast but not one had a mask on and I found a beard hair on the strawberry shake. Unfortunately, I couldn’t go back since I was on my way to work already by the time I noticed.

They got our order incorrect. I ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles and even though they repeated the order back correctly it had pickles. I expect for a $10 sandwich to be correct. We also requested a large shake and received a regular.

Customer Service needs a bit of improvement. I went in the other day & they weren’t busy. In fact I have never seen them busy & I go at least 1x a week to this location as it is the closest to where I reside.
They knew I was standing at the counter, no other customers inside & never 1x did they ask if I could wait. I waited for almost 5 minutes. Definitely need Customer Service improvement. The restaurant is always clean.
