I stopped by this location this morning and no one was there yet I got food that wasn’t cooked. My French toast sticks were cold as if I just took them out of the fridge and soggy.

Bad Service and rude. Staff member Raul A is not smiling at the guest. His wasn’t nice at all. He took my 2 coupons. One for Fries and for a Drink without informing me first that he can only do 1 coupon in each transaction. The fries were soggy.

Im all done with this location. They have trained thier employees in the drive thru to tell you to park your car the moment they give you your money back for paying for the food. Its not even out of thier hand and they say,” Please park in front.” Every. single. time. The told me tonight that their hours get cut if they have bad drive thru times per the ditrict manager William. They said I could stay though if I wanted too. I did.
They then brought a bag to me and said thank you for coming. I pulled away and realized that half the order was missing. I pulled in front and they came out right away to say they had “messed up” and were getting the rest of my food ready.
They didn’t mess up, they did it on purpose so the time would stop. Didn’t give me a reciept so I can’t fill out a survey.

“Unfortunately, our employees are not currently trained to assist with parking when ordering food”
They didn’t understand the issue at all.
The problem is they force you to park the moment you pay for your food so the drive thru time is better. Every. Single. Time. Those employees are trained 100% to force people to park in the drive thru so the times are better.
This was clear in my post, and they responded as if the issue was completely different
All they care about is drive thru times. Nothing else.

I went to this location on 10-3-23 around 6:15PM. The restaurant was empty. No customers or staff to be seen. I stood at the counter for a few minutes and still no employees. The restaurant smelled like sewage and skunk. All of the trash cans in this place were overflowing. Eventually all of the staff members filed out of the back of the restaurant. I’m pretty sure they were smoking marijuana. The food was a decent price and was delivered promptly once the staff members finally came up to me, which was the only good part of this experience.

Went inside on Christmas after some bad experiences with other places. The staff was attentive, interacting with door dashers to check if they have been helped, making sure someone else didn’t mistakingly grab our bag. I really hope these employees were paid a fair wage for working on Christmas.

I order food today and got home . I order large curly and this is what was in my bag. On top my receipt wasn’t in my bag so I couldn’t go back to complain.. worst service I had . Was my first time and last time.. ridicules that I pay for old curly fries and got this .I paid 37 waited for 30 min in the drive-thru for this ..

Went thru drive thru and ordered a combo, got home and my ultimate breakfast sandwich that supposed to have (according to sit in manager) 2 eggs, 2 slices of ham and a handful of bacon had 1 slice of and and a partial slice of bacon. Says they were really busy when the parking lot was empty and 1 car in drive thru. Excuses. Incompetence and lack of work ethic seems to be the cause to me.

Just not too excited about this place. Do not go here. We went theough the drive through and the service was not good. Felt as we were being rushed through and no one else behind us. First thing we saw was there was no receipt, asked for it and we did not get it. The size ordered was a large but when we got the fries it was barely half full stuffed with the leftover curly fries. They were cold and stale. The bowl barely had anything in it as well. Asked for light ice and still gave us a full cup of ice. The staff there does not listen or care about a customer. Save yourself the trouble and spend your money elsewhere.
