The environment was warm and friendly. Definitely welcoming. The staff was pretty nice. The only issue I had was my food. The eggs in my sandwiches all had shells in them and not a little but a while lot. I almost felt like I was eating shell sandwiches so of course, my food was not tasty like I like it. I would have asked them to remake my eggs but I don’t like wasting food so I ate it anyways. They forgot my juice so I had to come back to get it. I like Jack in the box but unless they work on getting the shells out the eggs then I don’t think I’ll be back here for a while. I want to taste the eggs not eat shells for breakfast. The hash brown was way too greasy. So you couldn’t taste the flavor of the hash brown. All you taste was grease. Today was just not a good day for eating breakfast food there.

It took a few minutes before someone helped me, and in the middle of taking my order, the girl walked away to help someone else. She did apologize, but it was still a little disappointing to have happened.

IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! If I could give this place a zero I would they always get my order wrong the customer service here is awful they’re always rude today I orders a burger with no mustard cause I’m allergic and they put mustard on it I highly don’t recommend ordering from here!!!

I am from canada. tried first time jack in box. i heard alot but they give me burned chicken patty. it was more like it was just reheated again. same like my jaleopeno bites was not fresh. i walked all the way from truck stop parking to try jack in box. sorry i wasn’t too happy. i ll try again.

I ordered lunch at 12:38 I ordered the number 12 it’s called the home style chicken bacon sandwich and if you look the chicken was half the size of the bun hard and rubbery at the edges. I tried calling over and over I can never get through. A refund or replacement is in order.

As a truck driver, I drove from Memphis Tennessee and stayed at Flying truck stop in Arizona, and noticed a Jack and a box across the street and had lunch there..being so tired it was worth the walk…the service was excellent, the clerk by the name of Isle very friendly, professional took my order, I decided to it there, the cook Jesus brought my food very presionally and friendly, he actually called me “Caballero” which means Sir in a respectful manner..” This is your order” I was shock! Never had a service so welcoming at any Jack! as this one..so the rest of the staff very friendly…..I highly recommend this Jack to truck drivers out there that had a long drive and had a rough time with shipping or receiving..this Jack and a Box will make your day…
