I placed an order online which apparently didn’t go through. Ok then, as long as I’m here, I’ll just order the food right now. The woman behind the counter spoke NO English, so when I asked for the same order to be made, right in front of me, she just kept shaking her head because my order wasn’t there. She could not comprehend that I wanted to cancel the missing online order and start from scratch. She just kept shaking her head no. Is it really too much to ask that ONE person per shift be able to speak English??? It’s not worth arguing thru a language barrier for a couple of f’ing eggrolls!

Reliable over all plus good food and open 24/7 so if you’re stoned and got the munchies late at night or if you’re on the way home from a night of drinking and hungry, Jack in the box is there. I had the bacon and Swiss burger with jalapeño poppers but they should come with more than just 3 poppers. Overall a good restaurant

I had to wait in line for 30+ minutes only for them to tell me their card reader is broken when I pulled up to the window so I had to cancel the order. Didn’t even try a different card reader, instead the workers seemed more than happy to cancel the order. Hopefully the food didn’t just get thrown away.

I come to jack everyyyday between 12am -2am maybeee 3am. I HAVE ALSOOOO worked at jack before in HIGHSCHOOLLLL. Tonight blew my mind. I had a $500 drive through order in front of me. & they proceeded to tell me it was a 20-30min wait due to the order. Someone in management pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee train them, you can make 1 mf chicken sandwich ANDDDD GET THE ORDER OUT BEFORE THE “ $500 “ meal. Like either way they didn’t have to waittt. The night shift team on 8/3 night or 8/4 early morning .

Me and 2 of my cousins walked to jitb and we didn’t have a car but the dining room was closed, so we walked up m, gave the addict in the window a fireball and 5 bucks for what was easily $30 in food (the mint mobile shake is so good) we then sat on a curb and ate out food. 10/10 would recommend
