I literally go out of my way to come to THIS Jack in the box instead of the location by my house (at 9920 w Indian school rd) because they always get me and my man’s order right , and ALWAYS have shakes , no matter who is working here ! They’re also very nice here , great customer service all around ❤️ I seriously recommend this location , and no I don’t work here and no this is not a fake review lol I just genuinely appreciate when a fast food place doesn’t claim to be out of something when I know they’re not , gets my order right and has good customer service because these things are SO rare these days at fast food places which is ridiculous! But yes go here ! I always come in the middle of the night/very early morning and always have a good experience! ☺️ so thank you night shift !

I use to hate coming here but love the staff now… Friendly staff, hot fast food… My favorites will always be the 2 tacos, jumbo jack with cheese, breakfast jack or jr burger with egg… I wish they would bring back the mayo onion sauce… That special sauce just made everything tasty so good. They have the best variety soda machine!!! I love my ginger ale….

I ordered a sourdough combo on Wednesday evening 2/18/26 through drive-thru. I was so disappointed when I got home they barely toasted the bread, I have a picture but I can’t upload it on this comment. It was a waste of money and it’s not cheap those combos!

I just got food from here. I ordered a large combo off one of the meals . I get the meal and I check the bag and notice they gave me small fries. And I went and asked the lady if that was the large fry now because they did that last time too , when I had also ordered a large combo but I didnt say anything to them . So I go ask and she tells me that I only ordered a large drink and not a large fry ?? And that makes no sense because when you pick a large combo drink and fries are supposed to be large. And she didnt want to give me what I paid for so I paid for large fries and got small ones then on the receipt ofcourse if says its a large combo but ok I guess

It’s not appropriate or professional for the employees to cuss. There’s a Hispanic girl, strong accent working tonight at the drive through window. As soon as I pulled up to the window to pay she was speaking in Spanish with another employee with such fowl language. You are at work, not at home.
** went tonight through drive through ( June 24th) paid $17 for a number 5 & 2 jack tacos. Way over priced. The burger tasted old and burnt, and hardly any lettuce. I have ordered number 5 before and it tasted great. But after gettin off work late, paying $17 for what I got it’s just not worth it. Wont be going to jack anymore. It’s not the only time I’ve had issues at this location with the night crew. Just a bummer since the tacos are cheap and it’s literally across from where I live so it was convenient.
