My experience was great! The area is in the industrial side of town but the store was clean. My food order was complete incredibly fast and came out hot with fresh fries.Employees were super friendly and courteous. Mega impressed will come back for sure!

If I could leave a negative 5 I would. Serving Pork on food after confirmation Not to put bacon in a Burger in the burger. Then the audacity to act like it’s no big deal. No wonder a decline in customers. Take your time and make quality fast food. If you ask for customers to pull up and wait on their food that is the least YOU CAN DO!

Update: I tried hoping they had changed…. but they still suck and randomly close the store whenever they want (which is usually after you’ve been waiting for 20 minutes)
Update to my review. I was contacted by management. They apologized, sent me coupons (thank you! i love those), and said they would investigate. I personally think they all know the store is closing every night, but they don’t want to admit it. Just become a Burger King and be done. I have added new closed sign pics. I wonder if you can lose your franchise for this? Just curious.

First to the owner: Please don’t say “I’m sorry we will investigate if you go to this link and communicate. ” I already did go to the link, so I would like to know how have the other investigations gone? Why does this Jack continue to close whenever they feel like it? And ruin other people’s days? Just pick some hours and staff the dang Jack…. or close it down. No one takes any pride in working there that I can see. But most importantly shame on the store manager and owner for allowing this to happen… for not clearing the homeless riff raft out of the parking lot and making the store safe. For allowing staff to do whatever they want. For taking advantage of Young teenagers making them “shift leads” and teaching them that this is how to run a store. To Maria, I hope you are never a manager you are very rude.

Food was…. I missed jack N the box tacos. The mini loaded tacos OMG it’s like having a taco salad but better each bite is a freaking taco with all the dressings on it. Mmmm mmmm good. My vehicle had a pretty good atmosphere I went the drive through route I was on my way to Mesa. Anyways, yes eat here you will either like it or love it. There is no dislike here.

Im a truck driver and when I walked up to the drive through window, since they are short staffed and have to dining room closed. They refused service to me…. They said I have to be in a vehicle. Well I can’t drive my semi truck through the drive though… this management needs to change the policy to allow this…. With out truckers their food doesn’t get delivered!!!!!

30 minutes waiting in line nobody has said anything what is a huge line finally pull forward i didn’t even order and I’m still stuck in line for another 15-20 minutes because I can’t get out of line because there still people they haven’t cleared. They provide a better quality chicken and beef meal than other restaurants mainly the chicken. Their tap water is questionable on the taste and wouldnt recommend people to dine in their cars at their parking lot. Many questionable people pass there for example when my father was dining at his vehicle while at gunpoint was dropped to the floor and robbed for his belongings at that same location several years ago. I’d rather go through the drive through but that still doesnt make the area safe.
