Will be reporting to Logan City Code Enforcement or Business Licensing it is unsafe to have people waiting nearly 30 minutes to pick up orders in 12 degree weather using Uber Eats or DoorDash.They don’t allow you to pick up through drive thru either only through side window which is outside .I will also be contacting corporate as this is unacceptable.The workers do not care and one replied she doesn’t care for the temperature. workers take there time slow service

This was hands down the best Jack in the Box I’ve ever eaten at.
The Cluck Sandwich is my go-to order. It’s crispy with a tangy sauce, and belongs on the podium of chicken sandwiches. Also, it’s tradition to order a taco every visit. The blend of taco meat, cheese, lettuce, and their salsa in a double-fried shell is a taste of fast food heaven. The curly fries punch the oil out of the regular fry and onion rings. The filled Mini Churros were absolutely delightful. A perfect blend of crispy and chewy, with a blizzard dusting of cinnamon sugar. Let’s be honest, this menu was meant to confound your taste buds, and I’m here for it!
The service was as good as you could ask for (barring Chick-fil-A from this fight, they don’t count), and I have to highlight that this excellent service was also delivered at 1 AM. The woman at the window was friendly and helpful, and didn’t show any sign of annoyance or frustration working so late. In fact, all the employees working seemed in good spirits. I’ll definitely be back because of the freshly prepared food and friendly service.
This building appears brand new. I hope management keeps the high standards I experienced, because it truly was a 5-star visit. I’ll absolutely be back.

Fast food usually isn’t that great in general but this food was pretty disgusting. Got some soggy tacos, abused burger and a soda flatter than flordia. Eat at ur own risk

My Boyfriend and I have picked up doordash orders at this location pretty frequently around the midnight hours together, and we’re always met the employee named “Mel”. During this time there’s maybe 1-2 drive thru orders while we’re waiting out in the cold mind you. Every single time Mel has been very rude, cutting us off with “what’s the name??” when telling her we’re there for a doordash order and moving almost intentionally slow to the point we’ve waited 30-45 mins for a small order when there aren’t even any other customers. Mel is very hostile despite us being friendly every time and these unnecessary wait times cut into our doordash times which can be detrimental to our account that we’re just trying to make some extra money with for bills. Either there needs to be some retraining on how to be polite and reasonably paced, or this location shouldn’t accept doordash orders at all. I will be writing a review to corporate, but I wanted to put this out here for other doordash drivers to not waste their time with this location.

I’m so sick of ordering there’s source old jack, which happens to be my favorite sandwich there and the buns are NEVER toasted! I even asked them to toast it extra to ensure it actually got toasted. It’s still was basically a buttered sourdough piece of bread ugghh like seriously jack in the box!!

Food is decent, staff is friendly. Insanely slow though like you could go to a sit down restaurant easily in the same time it takes to get one combo meal. If you are driving thru make sure you fill up so you don’t run out of gas waiting for your order. Think about what you want for dinner and order that instead of lunch. Bring a good book. Finish that crochet project. Take trail mix to tide you over. Clear out your Gmail inbox.

Ended up at Jack in the Box around 10:00 on Thanksgiving due to some unforeseen circumstances. There was a bit of a wait but no big deal considering it was a holiday. Food was good and a good value. But the standout was Sam! He was so nice and upbeat, especially for working in a holiday. I was able to have a quick chat with him and he’s awesome. He deserves a raise and I think Sam should be the manager!

That was the slowest experience I’ve ever had with a burger restaurant, sit down included. It was nice that I was able to make friends with the one other person waiting over 20 minutes for a burger. He’s going to be my best man now after going through that difficult experience together.

Definitely slowest jack in the box I have been to. Over 30 minutes for tacos in a fast food restaurant is pretty crazy. This location desperately needs more staffing.
