I’m glad I gave this Jack in the Box a chance. The employees immediately helped me out, and I got my food in under 3 minutes. The sandwich was delicious, but the fries weren’t very hot. The lobby was clean and there was plenty of seating for 2 pm on a Saturday.

We decided to venture out and finally try the new Jack in the Box in town. The sour dough burger, French fries and double bacon cheese burger were good. The employees were working hard and friendly. The tables needed a little attention but really not bad. Overall the experience was good. We will hit it again sometime. But not a game charger to have in town. Hope they get lots of freeway business that is a WIN for the community. And fairly reasonable for quick bite to eat

Not sure if they were understaffed because of holidays, but it just took quite a while to get our food. We were hoping for a quick stop on our road trip, to get the kids out to stretch and grab a bite to eat, but we ended up waiting 30-40 minutes to get our “fast food”. The staff there were all super nice and doing their best, but we wish we would have known how long it would take after we paid to get our food. We definitely would have gone somewhere else this time! Food was decent, and cheap in price. Facility was clean!

This has got to be the slowest fast food place I have ever been in and it’s slow every time I come here, it’s almost like they are slow on purpose No pep in their step at all. Terrible service, I waited 20 minutes for 2 breakfasts burritos. Pic is of the wall I stared at waiting for 20 minutes

Traveling through from Colorado late night I was having some tacos craving and was so glad that the Lobby was open 24 hrs because I was towing a camper.
Walking in I was greeted by Isaiah and then he took my order promptly. I used the Restroom and noticed how clean the Bathroom was!! I then noticed the Lobby and I can say that in all my years of dining at any fast food Restaurant I can’t recall a place cleaner that this place!!!!

Went to this new jack in the box. It’s pretty good, the food is good, the only down side was there was only one other couple ahead of us and two in the drive through and it took over a half hour just to get a chicken sandwich and a smash burger. Definitely something they need to work on.
The tacos were extremely greasy and did not taste good at all which was disappointing because everyone said they were good we ended up throwing them away. My curly fries were cold and stale, The onion rings were really good though.
I would definitely go back but the wait isn’t worth it. I was excited about getting new food in our small town but I might just stick with McDonalds.
They are faster and the food is cheaper and at least hot.

The taco shell was really hard and soaked in grease. Service was very slow,there was only one customer ahead of me, but I still waited over 30 minutes. Maybe they take care of drive through first.I asked for some sauce, but it never came. Disappointing experience overall.

If you are in a hurry, do not go here! When I got there, there were only two cars in the drive thru. I thought it would be relatively quick but nothing could have been further from the truth. I was stuck in line for 35 minutes! They have a curb so you can’t just pull away, you are their prisoner. When I finally got to the window, I wasn’t going to pay unless my food was ready and handed to me. I needn’t worry about that! Sat at the window for two minutes while the worker was trying to take an order. Waited two minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged. I pulled away, went across the street to McDonald’s and had my food in less than three minutes.

I have no idea how the food is. We have been in a line of 4 cars for 30 minutes. No exaggeration. I’m still 2 cars away now.
No fast food is worth this wait.
Update: It ended up taking over 40 minutes. We ordered online so our burgers were sitting out for at least half an hour. One was barely warm, my partner’s burger was cold. Fries were good though.
