I love Jack in the Box! This location has been nothing but kind to me!!! I appreciate their workers who have helped me out with merch and of course my food! Everytime I visit here the staff is busy not one person is not busy and I love it! You can tell they take pride in where they work from how the keep the dine in area is kept clean! Just ask kindly to them for merch they have given me so many things!!!

Jack in the Box is always good, but nothing too exciting customer service wise. It seems to be a hit or miss on anything with the toasted sourdough bread. I wish they would toast them fully everytime. Sometimes it is hardly toasted and somethings just plain greasy and soft. When done right, it is very good!

Waited behind an Uber Eats driver at the counter who didn’t speak English so he just stood at the counter while I waited 5 minutes. Finally had to order thru the automated system. Waited another 10 minutes for my food. Jack used to be a good place but not anymore. Profit before quality service. Doubt we will eat here again.

Started to read other reviews to see what people’s experience was at this location, and I see we aren’t the only ones with a bad experience. First of all, the place was clean. That was the only positive thing about our experience. Though my husband just told me that there were many tables dirty. He found the only table that was clean. When we walked in, there were 2 employees sitting there. One was on a computer. The other looked like she was on lunch. No big deal. There was nobody at the counter, so we waited, and waited, and waited. Then another person can’t in and went to the register next to us and clicked a black screen that he was able to order for himself from. So we got in line behind him. There should be a sign there saying to order from the screen if you aren’t going to have anyone at the counter. The screen had the best looking burger, we decided to get that. After 11 minutes of waiting, nobody was in the restaurant at this time as the guy who went in front of us actually never placed an order, we finally got our food. Restaurant empty and only saw 1 person at the drive through the entire time, we finally got our food. We were sitting there like, what the heck is going on?!! Finally the food came out, we had to ask for a cup. Nit a big deal. The burger looked absolutely nothing like the picture did. Not at all. The burger was just ok. We will never go back to this location. Ever.

Honestly not a big fan of JACK IN THE BOX went to try their jibbi munchie meal just because of a “key chain” and yet they gave me the wrong size cup, the 2 tacos were cold while the fries were hot, completely wrong sandwich it had the wrong cheese, didnt have the mayo sauce and it only had 1 patty not 2 plus they didnt give me my key chain and thats the whole point of the meal and i know this because i went the next day and asked because night shift NEVER answer their phone calls i had to go the next day to buy the meal again and get what i was missing from my last purchased and the meal was wayy different and tasted different. Plus i seen the 2 workers in the front with their phones the whole time. Maybe if they were off their phones my meal wouldnt be wrong and didnt have to come back the next day just for a key chain but whole meal was wrong too.

Apparently, the drive-through at this location brings a whole new meaning to fast food. So far, I have been waiting in the drive-through for 15 minutes. Service here is lacking. Hopefully this doesn’t happen on a regular basis because if it does, there needs to be a change in a leadership or personnel. They are very, very slow here.

If you want any sauce or dips, you have to make sure they place it directly in your hand, or you will not receive them. If you go inside to ask for some, they will gaslight you and say they already put it in the bag, making you look crazy to everyone else inside the restaurant. You will have to insist that they didn’t put it in the bag before they will actually give you any. Just give me the damn sauce.

I have always enjoyed jack in the box food. Service is on the down hill so much though. Placed an order for pick up so didn’t expect much interaction. However upon walking in, no one was at the counter, 3 people looked at me and said nothing. Then one of them grabbed their phone that they kept on the expediting station and started using their phone. No acknowledgement my way. Such bad service.

First time ever at “the box” so I’ll be basing the review against fast food in general which I think has become an awful and overpriced experience across the board. So I wasn’t expecting much. Turned out pleasantly surprised for the most part. 1st expect a wait. It’s incredibly busy inside and out. However the staff at the counter and at the payment window was extremely friendly. They even said “thank you” which has not been heard from a McDonald’s employee in years. The prices also seem several dollars better priced than most fast food combo meals. The food quality seemed on par with what I would expect… which again places it much higher than McDonald’s and Wendy’s that keep raising prices and shrinking meals. It wasn’t pristine clean, but I’d say it’s still better than McDonald’s. And they were PACKED. My order somehow got extra food in it, but that’s not a complaint. All in all I’m glad to have another option. Fast food is almost always a disappointment these days and it’s nice to not be dissatisfied for a change. And THANK YOU for saying thank you. Tired of the entitled gen z at the window saying “you’re welcome” instead.

This is the SLOWEST Jack in the Box I have ever seen in my life. I place a mobile order, takes 15 minutes to get up to the window to get my food. Granted only 2 CARS in front of me….get up to the window. “Oh pull around to the front we are almost done making it”. 20 minutes later STILL sitting here and waiting. This is unacceptable, and there’s only 3 guests in the restaurant. How is it this operationally slow and consistently bad? This isn’t the first time, and it’s about to be my last with Jacks.
