Great New Jack in The Box. Really nice inside. Friendly Staff that have been trained. Great menu. Has out door seating. Big parking lot. Food tasted fresh and good.

We knew it was going to be a longer than average wait in the drive thru – there are two order screens and the lanes merge, apparently this can cause confusion if you somehow get ahead of the other vehicle, when they ordered before you? When we finally got to the window, after paying and a couple of minutes, we were told it could be another 10+ minute wait… and that we couldn’t pull around because the parking lot was full. They gave us a couple of desserts for free (they tasted great). After 10+ minutes we were asked/told to pull around to the front, waited another 5+ minutes. When we finally got the food, the two orders that asked for regular fries had curly fries – not that big of deal, but considering you pay more for curly fries, seems a silly mistake. My kids said the burgers were pretty good; my wife said her “Cluck” was fine; my Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club was a deplorable disappointment (see picture) – 1/8th of a leaf of lettuce? a small stack of tomato, paper thin bacon, and no Ranch to speak of. I may give them another chance when the hype dies down – but for now, I won’t waste any more of my time with this location. The price wasn’t terrible – 4 combos and a few tacos, all under $50.

Service was good, atmosphere was good. Unfortunately the food was mildly warm. Drive thru had no line. Ordered quickly got my food drove 3 minutes and the food was room temp. I would have preferred to have waited for the food to be freshly cooked.

I’ve been here 4 times already. The food had been good but the workers are very slow. The quickest it’s been was 20 minutes with 2 cars in the drive through. And the longest was 40 with a full line of cars. Just a disappointment.

So imagine your the only car in the drive-thru you order and make some light jokes , after ordering pull up and wait at the window. After you wait 5 min the next thing you do is wait. Another 10 min pass but before any further interaction you get to wait again. All you ordered were 2 burgers, fries and a drink. Well your in luck after 30 min they finally acknowledge you at the window and take payment with a sorry for the wait. I’m sorry what was I waiting on I’m only one in line. When handed what was ordered no more vocalized words, just mouthed gibberish as pretending to talk in microphone. Overpriced food, ungodly wait and I’ve received better service from a 25¢ gal of the night.

If you understand Tooele’s fast food culture then you’ll know how well these guys are doing. They’ve only been open a few weeks and they’re always busy when I go by.
I went there for the first time today and got the same thing I get when I’m out of town. There was a small discrepancy (#of tacos) but that is an issue I get anywhere in th US. When I mentioned this, Jenifer disappeared and like a flash returned with what was missing. Awesome job! She made it all right without any issue and super quick too!
I can tell that this crew is going to do some amazing work as time goes on. Keeping up with local orders and doing it right will be a challenge (Tooele Fast Food Culture) but they did great today and I’m sure it will just continue. I will be back again and again! Thank you guys!

It is severely understaffed. Not the workers fault the food comes out cold. The wait is horrible even when using the app to order. My set time was 9:50pm pickup ordered at 9:35, I didn’t get my food until 10:05pm. It was cold management apologies and said they only have 1 cook. I lived in Cali and the jack in the box out there are all pretty good never waiting 20 min for cold food. I dont think I’ll go back for a few months, mabe it will get better. If not there are plenty of other spots with hot food and better service.

I missed jack n the box. I’m a California native and whenever you are down bad that’s the spot to get right when it comes to food and prices. No matter how busy it is there’s always good customer service. In particular there’s a lady named Jamela who’s always nice with great hospitality no matter how busy. Her work ethic is unmatched in the fast food industry. I think of they opened both windows the line might go a little smoother.

Went thru the drive thru ordered 71 dollars worth of food ( i know its alot wanted to try different things). Checked the bag. Looked like it was all there. Got home noticed i was missing a few items ran back to the store. The counter lady was amazing she apologized and went to go get the missing items. Than the manger over heard came stomping over asked what was up. I explained the situation. She was rude and very unprofessional. Asked me to bring the bags back which I replied i would if I got fresh food. Than she rudely went and got the missing items and handed them too me. Now I understand that they were busy and I people makes mistakes no big deal. But I won’t be talked to like I was stealing food. That’s absolutely ridiculous just want what I paid for is all.

So they had some hiccups at the first. That’s to be expected people are just too quick to judge. So this screwed up my order went and had it fixed, and they made it very right with me. Kindness goes a long wayA lot of people could learn from that especially in this town! Their food is really good, it does take a little longer because it’s freshly made, it’s not sitting there like most fast food places. We had a couple of the double smash burgers with bacon, curly fry
And their cheesecake.
