I got the sourdough jack combo. The taste was pretty good. The taste of the fries was pretty good, too.

I took away a few stars because the temperature of the burger and of the fries was warm, if I’m being generous. Also the cost of the meal was just over $12. The value for this amount and quality of food was not impressive. I don’t think I would choose to eat here again given the other options around.

I went to the new location in Bountiful. The service was awesome! Both of the guys I interacted with were really nice. I just ordered a sausage egg croissant and curly fries, they both tasted really good! I’ve had their tacos & egg rolls which are yummy, hamburgers so so. I give this place 4/5.

Always a Jack fan! Today was really disappointing, went at lunch time and you’d think things would be fresh! My curly fries were so hard and crunchy I couldn’t eat them, I think they were warmed up from last night! The sticky chicken sandwich is always my go to and it was good, not great! It was super dried out!! I know Jack can do better! Might be a minute before I visit again sadly!

I’ve always loved Jack In The Box and I was happy to see them return to Northern Utah after they suddenly closed their 2 locations back in the late 80’s.

A few things I noticed with the new Bountiful location:

1) The receipts say: “West Bountiful”, the location is clearly in Bountiful, not West Bountiful. (see picture)

2) When someone orders from the second lane, their order is displayed on the screens in the first lane. Maybe a wiring issue.

3) I ordered a Sourdough Grilled Cheese today. It was Sourdough, it was grilled but there was barely a sliver of cheese on the bun. (see picture).

I was disappointed in the sandwich and I realize the crew is new and learning but that sandwich was totally unacceptable.

My 3 star rating was to help the location be aware of the issues.

Waited 30 minutes for an ultimate bacon cheeseburger with ketchup only. When I got home there was no bacon and mayo was on my burger. Not what I would consider good fast food. Most jack in the box places are good but this one was the worst I have been to.

Each time we’ve come to this location, it takes FOREVER for the food to come out. Staff seems defeated/tired and the food reflects that. Food quality here is sad to say the least. Much better chance for decent service and quality at the Layton location on Fairfield.

I may have been given extreme attitude for no reason at the drive-thru tonight, and I’m not gonna single out any employee, or give the name that is on my receipt.

I just wanna say, I hope your employee’s are doing alright and I sincerely hope if not that things get better for any and all of them.

Your food is DANK lol especially at random munchies hours ha ha and I’m too phoned to stone home, ouuuuch .. ‍ ️

I don’t judge, and thank you kindly for your guys service, even the individuals singled out in lots of these reviews, and even the individuals I interacted with tonight.

But hey, I’m just $tøned like a biblical wh0r3 and make music on Spotify so what do I know ✌️

Let me start off by saying I love Jack in the Box. But, this location is a sad excuse. I waited nearly 2 hours in line with a mobile order pickup, then was told to leave the drive thru and wait inside only to find out my order hadn’t even been started.
The store is constantly out of ingredients and menu items, or just gives the wrong items in your orders. Food is cold and poorly made as well.

We placed an online order for four people at approximately 12:58 AM and arrived about 10 minutes later. Despite that, we waited roughly 30 minutes in the drive-thru.
When we reached the speaker and confirmed we had an online order, we were cut off mid-sentence and yelled at to “pull around to the second window.” No greeting. No explanation. Just hostility.
At the window, a male employee (late teens to early 20s) aggressively punched the folding window open, visibly irritated and shaking his head, and immediately began loudly complaining about being short-staffed. He continued complaining to customers in line — at one point even speaking in a fake German accent — while venting his frustration. During this time, at least six other customers were subjected to this behavior, and multiple vehicles gave up and drove away.
This wasn’t stress or a bad moment — it was ongoing, disruptive, and completely unprofessional. The employee appeared unkempt and unhygienic, which is especially concerning in a food service environment, and his behavior made the entire interaction uncomfortable.
Staffing issues are a management problem, not something customers should be yelled at over or dragged into. An employee who behaves this way should not be in a customer-facing role. I attempted to resolve this through Jack in the Box website, and never received a response, which is why this review is now public.
