They were out of onion rings… this has happened twice to me in two different locations late at night within a couple of weeks. Not a big deal, but odd. At this location, I drove away before realizing the worker didn’t give me my drink. Didn’t notice until I was at my destination, not interested in going all the way back for a drink.

We only go there to order waters. Last time, the woman yelled at us that we have to make a purchase or we don’t get water. We were willing to pay for the water though. We just don’t want anything else. She didn’t have to be rude about it.

Do not go there late at night. They are constantly closed when it says they’re supposed to be open online not to mention their staff iso so it’s hit or miss. Management clearly lets them close early consistently and I have to drive 15 minutes. Out of my way to go there now I have to start calling every time I want to come bye thank you for wasting my time.

Here’s why I love Jack. They cook it when you order it (I hope this is still the case) and I love my food tasty and hot. I love their Chinese rolls with sweet sour sauce. I’ve tried many things on the menu and typically visit at least once when traveling. They have these new little tacos that are quite good. Love the variety. I really wish they would come to Canada.

For whatever reasons our Post Falls Jack In The Box drive thru has had bad customer service recently. The food is sloppily put in the bags, orders are incorrect and the employees just seem lazy. We’ve had a few good employees over the years but few and far between. Last night we commented on the mint shake and were told to put it in the light to see the green (mint chocolate). All you could taste was the oreo cookie but no mint. Maybe some retraining in customer service and more training on preparation of food and what it should look like.

Order a chicken biscuit and a spicy chicken sandwich. I was the only one in line. It took 15 or more minutes to get my food. The chicken biscuit was good. They have a pretty good menu with burgers, chicken, and drinks.

I waited for long time to place order and then longer to get it. I got chicken sandwich and onion rings. No sauce on sandwich and rings way over cooked. I will not go back and not recommend this place. Last time I was there I was not pleased but tried it again, No more.

This was the grossest Jack in the box I have ever seen, the inside of the store was a mess, tables were not clean, food all over the floor, the soda machine wasn’t working it was wide open just sitting there, I CANNOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!
