We came in around lunchtime. The young lady who helped us was very sweet and helpful. She was in a gray polo. She is short; I think she was a manager, but I’m not sure because both people were in polos. Everyone was amazing, and they got our food out fast. We will definitely be back. I honestly don’t understand why the workers here are so rude. I come a few times a week on my way to work, always around 11 p.m. – 12 a.m. The people who work always have an attitude and are so rude. Why can’t anyone put their hair up? Its a food code violations
I went to get food the other night. A bigger girl with dark hair, tattoos, and piercings had her hair down. Then I find hair in my food. I looked at other comments and saw the same issues. This is becoming ridiculous. This place needs new managers if the managers themselves don’t uphold food safety laws.

restraints that are designed and worn to
effectively keep their hair from contacting
exposed food; clean equipment, utensils, and
linens; and unwrapped single-service or
single-use articles. The purpose of this

This happened a few nights ago. I called the store, but it seems no one cares. I came around 11:30. A girl with dark hair and piercings was working. I got a Jumbo Jack. I had hair on my burger. She wasn’t wearing a hairnet. She was very rude I called the next day a girl answered when I told her my issue she said nothing would happen because she was a manger and was also really close with the store manager …. i been in a few times every time the store is nasty unclean and workers outside smoking or even in the office smoking

I don’t know how many times we have to complain to Jack In The Box about lousy service, specifically cold food. I ordered a bunch of tacos with onion rings. Since the time I walked in the door they had several tacos already made and sitting there. I asked the cashier for the ones the cook just put in the oil to cook. I was told that these were not there long. once I received my order, I pulled out a couple tacos right there on the counter and they were cold. Someone from the back said they weren’t there long and they were fine. At this point, I don’t know who manages this particular restaurant but they do not have any idea what their employees are doing. I love Jack in the Box and suggest you go to other locations and avoid this one. Unfortunately I work near this one and have gone their often. 4 out of 5 times I deal with cold food. Enough is enough.

My daughter and I went through there yesterday and we both ended up getting sick. Had I checked the reviews before going there I would have changed course because as it appears this store should have been shut down already. I will be contacting the authorities as this took a whole day off of work from me. So I truly hope by the time the authorities come they got their crap together

I ordered a gremlin munchie meal for me and my wife along side some mozzarella sticks the only food that was hot and edible were the mozzarella sticks everything else was cold and stale and our sodas (which we weren’t given straws for) tasted flat every time I go to this location the quality is like this. This location needs to be closed or all staff replaced cause this is ridiculous how much they don’t care

Pretty good food, but the actual restaurant is just downright disgusting. You know when you haven’t cleaned your truck in a while, and you kind of feel guilty even just looking in it? Like you get a wave of depression knowing you couldn’t even take care of one of the most expensive items you own? Yea, that’s the inside of this Jack in the Box. Good food though no complaints on that part, probably going to get food poisoning but whatever. Employees are top notch though, give the guy with a beard a raise for gods sake

Here’s why I love Jack. They cook it when you order it (I hope this is still the case) and I love my food tasty and hot. I love their Chinese rolls with sweet sour sauce. I’ve tried many things on the menu and typically visit at least once when traveling. They have these new little tacos that are quite good. Love the variety. I really wish they would come to Canada.
