Fast was the only good part. They forgot to make sandwich a double, which she even repeated. Luckily I opened it in the parking lot. When I went back in she said it was only supposed to be a single till she looked back at the order and it was a double. The picture shows multiple onion rings on the burger when I looked there was only one and only two jalapeno slices. I asked her about it and she said it’s only supposed to have one even though it shows multiple in the Pic of the menu. We asked for 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and got one grilled and one fried. My son won’t eat the fried, so I wasted that money. Won’t eat at this Jack in the box again.

Came through the drive thru ordered 2 combos and then didn’t get the 2nd burger. I proceed inside the franchise and let them know. Apperently i didn’t even ask for the burger but just the fries and a drink so i had to RE PURCHASE the burger again. 3 cars later In the drive through and a door dasher later. I get my burger warm while all my other food is now cold. 47$ in the end of it and my food is colder then this ladies heart! I asked for a bunch of ranch( keep in mind i had 3 sides as well) and she said i can only have 2. Thats not even one for each?!! On top of all this i chose to come here because i have no family and this is the service i got on THANKSGIVING. I WILL THINK TWICE ABOUT THIS SITUATION BEFORE EVER EATING JACK AGAIN

I got really bad food poisoning from this location. I ordered 2 tacos and a grill cheese at the drive thru sometime in the afternoon on 2/5/2026. I love jack in the box, but after everything I went through last night and almost having to go to the hospital… I’m gonna pass on Jack for awhile and avoid this location.

Update. I tried to give them a chance but pictures speak louder than words. All 4 tacos I got were cold as ice, not even hot enough to melt the cheese. It just folded the corner up a bit.

I just stopped by here for the first time and it will be the last time I ever go to this Jack in the box the manager told me I need to park my car in the front as soon as I got to the door and there was literally nobody behind me. My order was then given to me exactly 1 1/2 minute after she said that and then the other manager which was a girl with hickeys all over her neck. She then comes to the window and tells me I need to listen to her manager when she tells me to do something. I told her her manager told me to leave as soon as I got to the window and I did not understand why when my order would be done in 1 minute and there was still no cars behind me when they were telling me all of this… Extremely rude extremely unprofessional every single person working there.

Stopped for a lunch and 100% grossed out by my teriyaki bowl. I’m pretty sure broccoli should be green. Short a somewhat rude service as well. Usually I enjoy Jack in the Box but this was not so pleasant.

I order online for take out usually on Fridays. Brandon usually is the one that helps me. He is very helpful and I’ve never had my order messed up . The food is delicious. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is good and the food is prepared in a timely manner.
