Many mistakes in food preparation. Update: great service, great staff, extremely convenient location and hours of operation. An always changing menu of food options keeps things interesting and fun. Really happy for this location, thanks for what you do. Unfortunately, they were sold out of mozzarella sticks when I stopped by…but today they had the famous Bacon – Potato – Wedges back so all was well!

Food is ok close to work. Ive gone multiple times and gotten not even a response out of the drive through operator with me sitting there saying hey anyone there 15mins or more. Does anyone work here at night are they sleeping? Once again close to my work so typically go around weird hours of 1am but if its your lunch and they ghost you at the drive through really makes going here wasting a lunch worthless. Hire better employees please

For being the first time here at a Jack in The box. Not too bad Small food though for the price. Customer service is great. I can see that the other people here had issues I’m glad I didn’t. Probably needs a little bit more of a remodel here for other than that it’s not too bad. Thank you for the experience.

I went there because I saw the add about their 75th anniversary. Well, having gone to Jack’s since 1963 in Phx. I was there. They weren’t to clear on this special & I showed the Ast Mgr, who was so professional. She couldn’t find it on the computer but said we will honor it. I showed her my “Jack’s App” rang up my 12 Tacos for $4.45 I rushed home to my wife & her mom and we enjoyed a great Taco Tuesday!

This Jack in the box is the worse in the the county! I forgot that this Jack in the box makes you park every single time regardless if you’re the only person in line or if there is a few cars.
There’s literally several cars parked at a time waiting for ever for food! It’s been like this for years! I left the state for 4 years and I remember prior to leaving the state I had to have a conversation with the store manager regarding the same issue! The store manager told me that the employees get bonuses if they keep their drive thru times down. So they park pretty much everyone to cheat the system. This issue is that when they park you they forget to bring items that they normally wouldn’t had you been helped at the window or at least you would be able to tell them right away at the window that their was an issue! When parked you have to get out of your vehicle and go inside to have them make the corrections. Fast food is supposed to be setup to be fast. Not parking every car! Then when you tell them no I’m not going to park I will wait by the window they get an attitude and can possibly spit in your food. Nothing has changed at this Jack in the box in the last 4 years! I was quickly reminded of this when I went there this morning. I have a video of the graveyard employee first refusing to give me a refund but then decided he would when he realized I was recording. I asked him why I had to park(it takes awhile to cook a meat patty) I said well I will sit here because when I park you guys forget stuff and I have to get out of my car to have you correct it. He rolled his eyes and said whatever!
Then he went out of my site to the back! I’m sure there was spit in that burger! So I quickly asked for a refund and went down the street where they didn’t park me and did it the way it was supposed to be done! Stay far away from this Jack in the Box!!! I need to call Jack and let him know this is definitely the weakest leak in the bunch!

I love JIB food especially their tacos … not so much here . There should be a line of cars backed up like most JIB’s. Not here. You go a few times and the long wait , the incorrect orders and definitely a language issue going on here . This must be an “absentee owner” run franchise. Shame .

So , i normally am a big Jack fan , but since the Monster Mozzarella sticks have come out , I have yet to enjoy any of them due to the fact that they are never fully cooked through .. and this is from every location that I have gone too .. they need to be cooked for about another 45 seconds so they are not cold in the middle .. thats really my only complaint ..

I had very nice friendly service! 5 stars for that, but food is definitely 1 star. They were out of jalapeños and I was fine with it, but I had to wait for my good for 10 minutes outside in the parking lot, and realized they gave no napkins when food was oily and needed something to wipe with, and my tacos was burnt which was really disapointting.. and not just one… my two tacos were burnt and tasted it like burnt tacos..maybe thats why it took 10minutes for the wait 🙁 fries were good though!
