Most of the time when I open my jack in the crack bag from the night crew, I think “this is that of a legend!” (Can’t say why for secret reasons but keep it up!!!) Also your not waiting a half an hour like McDonald’s on a weekend where everyone orders a quarter pounder

This is one of the better kept up Jack is n the Box’s here in Boise. They have a nice fireplace that warms you right up. They are the one of few that is 24 hours a day for those late night that needs something to feed your belly. I still love there two tacos for just a bit over 1 dollar.

This location is a joke!! I’ve already complained once and it still continues to happen. Ordered my usual spicy chicken sandwich with cheese. No cheese or mayo.. AGAIN!! Ordered their new wings in honey garlic sriracha sauce, got garlic parmesan! Regional/General manager assured me he would talk with the store manager to fix the problem, nothing sure has changed.
Every time I order the spicy chicken sandwich with cheese I always specify WITH CHEESE! It even says “with cheese” on the menu. Never fails that I don’t get cheese on my sandwich. Ridiculous!

Not so ultimate. They’re 24hr but their phone goes straight to busy. Call back later or cancel. Not very helpful for an order I waited over 30 mins for. I’m not sure why an order a couple miles away took so long but nothing is worse than waiting half an hr like getting absolutely nothing I ordered on my burger. Won’t be returning to Jack in a box.

I had to repeat my order to the lady taking my order twice for one burger and three times for the other. Also, when I asked for a cup of water she thought I asked for a large fry. The lobby was empty at the time, so I’m not sure what the issue was there. Maybe turn down the music a bit?
There was an employee pushing in chairs in the dining area, which is great, but he should have had a rag to wash tables with. Several of them were dirty.
That being said, the interior design of this Jack in the box is the nicest I have seen. I love that there is a fireplace inside, even if it wasn’t lit (I came in the middle of summer).
My burgers turned out delicious, though maybe not EXACTLY as I ordered them. I asked for an Ultimate Cheeseburger and a Double Jack, both with no bun. I thought I had also asked for Sriracha on the burgers, and neither had them. I wasn’t charged for added sriracha on my receipt, but considering how many times I had to repeat my order… ♂️
Other inexpensive menu items I enjoy are the Jalapeno Poppers and the Grilled Cheese. Also, their two tacos that they sell are my favorite tacos sold at any fast food restaurant.
Before leaving, I stopped to use the restroom. The pictures are attached are from when I first entered. It definitely needed to be cleaned.
All in all, there are a lot of things to like about this Jack in the Box, but there is definitely room for improvement as well. I would recommend them to others.

When something is shown on the menu you would expect them to have it but they don’t. After every thing I order the guy kept saying, “is that it” in a very rude tone and seems like he’s high. When already on a time crunch and needing to get food quick after everything I ordered getting told to hold on as well as is that it made me just want to leave and go somewhere else which is didn’t have time for. They always have really slow service and are usually pretty rude when talking to customers.

VERY hit or miss. Ever since hiring only spanish speaking employees this location has gone to trash. Very unfortunate. Hopefully the owner will revamp this location with employees who speak English, atleast, and who know what hospitality is as fast food is the core of hospitality.

3/5 times something is missing or looks inedible (see photo), but they won’t correct their mistakes without a receipt… which they never give you. If you like playing Russian roulette with your money or meal, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I recommend a different location. Literally any of them.
