Every time I have order tacos from here later in the night they are incredibly soggy and have so much sauce they get stuck to the bag and half the time the tacos rip. And the other proportions are awful too, they’re either incredibly flat and empty or stuffed to the brim with all meat and cheese absolutely no lettuce in them either way. Like maybe it’s just me but I’d prefer a more even distribution of ingredients between meat cheese, more then three pieces of lettuce and maybe not two entire packets of sauce thrown on top of it all. Don’t get me wrong super chill people but dang man I just want non soggy tacos.

Gloria was awesome so I’ll exclude her great service from her. The snatch at the window absolutely sucked she was Hispanic just left there can check time stamp.. First I ordered 3 kids menu. She handed me two drinks no drink carrier. Lid was not on all the way spilt all over my lap when she handed it to me. Then when I let her know we were missing a drink and a fry she slammed the window extremely hard cutting me off from talking. Than rudely asked need anything else. Absolutely unbelievable especially Christmas. If you hate your job that much get a better one. Hopefully you find more people like Gloria y’all need it.

My $8 bacon ultimate cheeseburger (not the combo, just the sandwich) was a sad shadow of it’s former self. If I had known it was going to be this small and bland for almost $10, I would have just gone to BK or Whataburger. Staff was awesome. Drive thru was well kept.

I arrived in Boise fairly late in the evening, the only options that were available were McDonald’s and this Jack-in-the-Box location. I haven’t had Jack-in-the-Box for years, so I decided to try it. It met my expectations for a quick fast food meal, and the drive-thru staff were very accommodating and friendly. This is a good option for a late night bite.

Drive through for lunch. They were not busy but the service was slow I assumed because they cook it fresh. I got home and found this giant spot of mold after my first bite and took it back. I wanted a refund on my sandwich…. which I got. I think I should have been refunded for every thing on my ticket but I d8dnt ask for more than the sandwich. The cook handed me an extra one which I took, reluctantly because I was hungry. It tasted funny but I was hungry so I ate it. I spent the rest of the week glued to the toilet. Will never eat jack in the box again for as long as I live.

Cant answer a single phone once, I ordered online and wanted to call to see if it was possible to add some lettuce to my tacos. Since I ordered through the app I wasnt able to leave a note or even add it to my order I tried, I called 3 times and waited in between each call, not one answer. The food wasn’t what it was supposed to be. My bacon ultimate cheese burger with only mayo didn’t even have mayo really. And I had to go get change for them also. And my bacon cheddar wedges had ranch on them. I didn’t want ranch on them.
