Had a great experience picking up my mobile order at the drive through tonight. The man who assisted my fiancé and I was an older black gentleman who was kind, repeated our order back to us before handing us our food and told us to have a good night. His kind demeanor reminded me of my own father. I hope he gets recognized for his good job.

I always go to this jack in the box as it is right down the street from my house, I either doordash or go through the drive through. And always order the family of 4 dinner and loaded tiny tacos, have always had great customer service and food. The last time I went through the drive through I was told they no longer offer the family of 4 dinner which turned out to be a lie. Well tonight I decided to order doordash and ordered my usual family of 4 dinner, loaded tiny tacos and 2 drinks within 2 minutes of ordering they cancelled my order and giving the reason they are closed and cannot fulfill my order which again is BS as they ate open 24 hours, so burger king got my $$ tonight. And will not be going to this location again until they get it together.

Just left this jack in the box location after a disappointing visit. I have visited this spot many time and have made larger orders than the one tonight but have never had service like I did. I ordered 8 tacos and you would have thought I ordered 100 by the way she responded and the way she went about it. It was like I ruined her day by making her do her job. That being said the food was decent but did take quite a while to come out. 4.2 out of 10 slaps will be returning to this store and will hopefully have better service.

Went in at around 11:30 to 12:30 . I did not eat all day due to me being sick n not feeling good to me ending up in the hospital. So after the hospital I wanted to eat n I wanted something that would not hurt my stomach so I got the chicken teriyaki bowl . I came home to my chicken burnt . So my daughter went back there for me cuz I just got out the hospital and brought them the food back to get it re made . When my daughter gave the lady the food back to get it replaced she ripped it out of my daughter hands and rolled her eyes n had a adittude the entire time. I get holidays are stressful n fast food is stressful as well . I work at a fast food restaurant. I didn’t mind having to get my food re made at all. Is what upset me is the disrespect n riping the container out of my daughter hands is what upsets me. I don’t see how this is how jack in the box wants to be known for . I will not be coming back ever again to any location if this is how the customer service is.

I went here multiple times every time the staff is so amazingly friendly whether morning or night I’ve ordered a salad a cheeseburger halfsies fries milkshakes and several other things and it’s always delicious. They always get my order right and I really appreciate them being here.

Stopped by after work to grab a quick bite and although they do not sell the chicken and tatter melt anymore, a favorite of not only mine but many others I’ve turned into this item but thankfully the staff made a exception and made sure I was able to enjoy the sandwich I love so very much and provided me the item I requested although it is no longer on the menu and went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to order what I specifically come to this establishment to enjoy! Drive through worker was incredibly rude. All I asked for was a milkshake and you would’ve thought I asked him to make 100 with the way he sounded. When I finally got it he hands me a watery cup of slush and tells me “You should probably freeze that.” As if it’s not his job to make the milkshake that I paid for. Wasted 20 minutes of my life in the drive though to get treated like crap and scammed. Not my fault you don’t like your job bro, just make my milkshake ✌

The Jumbo Jack was flattened out and it was disgusting the onion rings were cooked in old oil.
I got tomatoes that were cut on the ends.
I will be standing out front letting people know not to eat there after 2 bites I am sick to my stomach.
The owner or CEO of that Jack n the Box.
Needs to investigate this location.
The other Jack n the Box I have been to in Boise are awesome.
P.S. the soda machine only had diet sodas.
