We ordered our food through the app and picked it up in the lobby at around 6:40pm. There weren’t many people in the dining room so we decided to eat there. We ordered 2 jumbo jacks with cheese, on with no onions or cheese, 2 orders of fries, one curly fry, and 6 regular tacos, 4 without sauce. Bothe jumbo jacks had onions and both didn’t have cheese. When I took one of the burgers back to the counter to tell them it didn’t have cheese, she informed me that the other person making the order read the order as it was both without cheese but failed to explain why both burgers had onions. She then took the burger from me, back onto the line, and put cheese on it, put it in a new wrapper and handed it back to me. That is a health code violation!! You dont ever take food back behind the counter! Our tacos were also stale, and tasted gross, but still assembled correctly at least.
The mens restroom was also disgusting despite having a sign that states that it is checked hourly. In the pictures you can see the old urine on the base of the toilet!
Bottom line, I will gladly avoid jack in the box for these reasons!

I attempted to call Jack in the box on Idaho Center Boulevard one time gave it a little bit until I called the next time sat in the parking lot by the curb to see when they would open next because they were doing some maintenance. They did not answer the third time after I called. Sadly disappointed in the communication and customer service response I just wanted some food guys I work late night Security ……………
Review update the guy came out looked at me, stared me for a second young fella didn’t even tell me whether or when they would be open next ……. after the maintenance guy pulled away, removed the cones that were blocking the entrance into the drive-through come on guys really I will take my service elsewhere. I really loved this Jack in the box I used to tip a lot at this Jack-in-the-Box for the service but now I don’t think ever!!!!!!!going to come back!!!!!!!!!

Do not go to this store, they are liars and thieves. We ordered breakfast for our family this morning for delivery and did not receive a whole meal and large ice coffee. When we noticed we were missing a whole meal they asked what we ordered and what we did not receive. I explained it to them and was being very nice, they told me I never ordered the food I was missing. I was looking at the recipt I have from my order through the jack in the box app and they continued to tell me that I never ordered the “missing food” so they lied to my face as I had the receipt in front of me. I have nothing but problems from this location. Very mean and rude employees and they steal your money then call you a liar. Will never eat jack in the box again. Zero star review recommended.

Do not go to this location. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and asked if I could get them fresh I received my order pretty fast the chicken seemed like it was from early morning and the fry’s were stale. I asked if I could get my sandwiches ready made again they came out pretty fast I ate half way through my sandwich and noticed the chicken look old. My guess is they took that old chicken and deep fried it again because it was not fresh. Me and my wife ended up throwing away both sandwiches again and left. Do not waste your money there.

The manager here ignores uber drivers, and very rude for absolutely no reason. I walked up to the counter to let them know I was here for an order, very politely.. maybe the manager should get training in customer service because the team members were much more kind and helpful than this person who clearly doesn’t want to be here. I’m not quite sure what the issue is. Wow.

The food was good but I have to admit I was worried how the kitchen looked after sitting in the filthy lobby. All tables were covered from previous guests. Floor, signs on the wall , tables, chairs were all dirty.. the coke machine was covered in pop, coke was out so had to ask from behind the counterfor some. We were the only ones there.. they didn’t come to take our order when we walked in, so we went to self order. The building looks new and nice, however it was filthy. Definitely not going back to that location. I did try to call and report.. no answer.

Unbelievable, I’ve never seen Jack in the Box tacos look so disgusting. Cold to the touch and saturated with oil. They look like they tried to deep fry them multiple times. Right in the trash! I wouldn’t feed this to an animal.

I typically like Jack in the Box. They are better than McDonald’s & Burger King. (…usually!) My visit a couple weeks ago was bad. Guy taking my order was rude. They put ice cubes in a root beer float! (Who does that?!?) Curly fries were about 1/5 regular fries. My son’s hamburger had virtually no cheese or bacon when it should’ve had both. Even though they weren’t busy we had to pull around and wait by front to get the hamburger. When the guy brought it out, I told him there were ice cubes in the float and he said that’s how they are always made.
They need to hire people smarter than that.
I probably won’t be back to this Jack n box again.

The people working didn’t seem like they wanted to work there. The large fries weren’t even fully filled. The nuggets were missing 2 pieces which doesn’t matter yet still didn’t make us feel great about the experience. Wouldn’t recommend
