This is a fast food place. So I did not give it high marks for service or atmosphere. The food is fast food. I like it better than McDonald’s or Burger King. Their hamburgers are usually pretty fresh and their fries. I’ve also had popcorn chicken which was good. Do not like their milkshakes. I think they have the best fries out of all the food chains.

I’ve had way better jack in the box. Food was nasty and felt sick afterwards. I will never come here again. Not to mention they got my order wrong and missed a meal that I ordered so I had to drive 10 min back to the store to get the remainder of my order.

Again, my order is wrong. I ask for no mayonnaise, but I want ketchup and mustard. If they leave the mayonnaise off, they still don’t put the other. They don’t really fill medium fries. They give the amount of small fries every time. The people are nice enough, but they 8 out of 10. I’m getting my order wrong

Picked up dinner there on 07.22.23. Went inside to order. Cashier was very rude and unfriendly. Ended up waiting so long that the cooks in the back were yelling for him to get us our food. They also forgot our tacos we ordered. Not too impressed with the service there.

Bought online on the app. Came inside to pick up. Waited for over 20 mins. Watched a couple, come in and order a dessert. With in mins they called their number and I heard the employee say cheese cake and tiny tacos. The girls said no just cheese cake, loom at her boyfriend and then say actually yeah we got tiny tacos. And walk out. I walked up to the counter and said I’ve been waiting 20 mins for my tiny tacos. The guy looked at me and said we’ll get right on that. ♀️ Definitely will not order and then go in to pick up again.
