I ordered the fajita bowl, got home and it was the nasty teriyaki bowl. Be nice if you didn’t have to do part of their job for them and check your bag before you leave! I even got parked and had to wait, even more frustrating.

Love their breakfast. I tried their munchie meal. Supposed to come with an air freshener or something like that? I didn’t get it. But it’s not about that. The food was okay. Maybe an off night but the staff was really friendly and awesome! This location is great! Love going in the morning for their breakfast. Even though it’s all day. But the munchie box in my opinion wasn’t worth it. But I’ve been there many times and their food is good and again the staff is always nice and friendly all the times I’ve gone!

Hey, jerks!! Since I’ve now called you six times to try to resolve our issue maybe you’ll see this. My husband and I came through your drive through at 7:20 to pick up food that we ordered on the app at 7:18:35. We waited less than a couple of minutes in line, got the bag, and then drove the less than two miles to our house without opening said bag. The only thing you had to do special on units order is not put ranch on my husband’s burger. That’s it. It’s right on the receipt. What did you do? You put enough ranch on it to choke a horse. Which could almost have been ignored except that it looked like someone punched the sandwich before putting it in the bag. The fries in both meals were stale, cold, and undercooked. And I don’t know when your taco meat expired but it only took one bite to make me sick. I tried calling over and over to resolve it but no one apparently knows how to answer a phone. My meal faired no better. Equally as cold and smashed. I can only hope that the ticket I submitted to the app will get me my nearly $30 back so I can spend it at a restaurant that actually cares. Do better and get some employees who give a crap.

Absolutely unreal experience. They forgot FOUR burgers, two shakes, and a fry — basically half the order. We called immediately and were told to wait for the missing food. After over an hour of waiting with zero updates, we finally gave up and drove back ourselves.

When we got there? The food wasn’t even started. Employees were just standing around, lollygagging, like time and basic customer service don’t exist. (mind you it was DEAD inside) No urgency, no apology, no accountability. Just vibes, bad ones.

If you’re hungry and value your time, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. This place can’t handle a simple order, let alone fix their own mistake.

Update: They have a new app. You are supposed to get points from your purchase, but that isn’t what happens. When you try to input your receipt number or scan your receipt, it tells you something is wrong. When you try to get help from customer service, they are useless. They say they will get your points or in, but they don’t. It has been over a month, and my points are zero. For that reason, I reduced it to 3 stars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I had the Chicken Fajita Pita, and my husband had the Teriyaki Bowl with egg roll. They were delicious. Staff was nice. Dining room was clean.

Another wonderful day of customer service 10 min to get 2 breakfast burritos i get yelled at buy the window attended to pull forward then no hot sauce and when I go in the manager tells me where the hot sauce is with no apologies as to forgetting it. it will be a while before I go back. Then we tasted the grease soaked burritos
