I went thru the drive-thru at 1230am on 02/04/2026. The service was amazing! I waited a few mins, but that didn’t bother me. The lady that took my order and payment was named Juanita( I probably spelled it wrong lol but she was amazing and kept apologizing for things and just made the experience very good! You do get fast food workers like that especially late at night

I think that he should be voted employee of the year for how professional he acted and how enthusiastic he was to get us. Our food atmosphere was perfect. Honestly, this visit was super disappointing. We’ve only visited this location maybe twice, and tonight’s visit really not great at all. After paying for our food, we waited almost 15 minutes for them to bring it out. Literally one minute later, we started handing out everyone’s food, and the only thing that was semi hot was our burger. All three orders of our fries were cold, and that’s not an exaggeration. The nuggets we ordered tasted Luke warm at most, and the burger was decently warm. I mean, we waited 15 minutes for our food, I expected some hot, fresh, food.

I am very opinionated when it comes to fast food joints seeing how overpriced and low quality they are these days but Jack in the box has yet to let me down. Food is always surprisingly good quality, fresh and hot, and service is awesome too. Prices are pretty fair and the wait is never too long. My only problem is how unclean the lobby was last time I visited, but I rarely go inside, anyway.

Went to here at 2 am order the cluck sandwich, the jumbo Jack meal minus ketchup and mayonnaise and a junior cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato. Not only did they have us Park but when we finally got our food and got home the whole order was wrong. There was no cheese on the Junior cheeseburger nor was there tomato and there was ketchup and mayonnaise on the jumbo Jack sandwich. I called to let them know told them to do better because people are paying money for this food. And yeah maybe I could make this at home but it’s more convenient to go over here at 2:00 in the morning under certain circumstances and the kid hung up on me

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a lot of tacos and the 5 dollar meal. Drive thru person looked very busy as they must have been short staffed. I really appreciated her service, and I’m so sorry but I forgot her name. The food was hot and delicious. Again, I was very happy with my experience.

Placed an order, got my food and it was cold as if it was sitting out for more than 30mins. Called and they refused to fix my order then asked for a refund they didnt give that to me either in my opinion bad service. You can do better

Restrooms were completely out of control. Dining room a mess. Staff ignores anyone standing at the counter. Good luck if you need help, and you’re not in the drive thru. Driest sourdough jack I’ve ever had in my life.
Big bummer. We love JITB but there’s a clear lack of leadership and care for customers. Assuming ownership is completely absent and young management left to fend completely for themselves.
Only reason I gave the food 3 stars is my tacos were bomb. Slightly redeemed the visit.
