Dirty little Secret
Came to the drive-through 30 minutes before they closed trying to use my points because I’m a loyal crack in the box. Customer and I was trying to use some of my points to get something to eat and it wouldn’t let me the lady that works here wouldn’t do anything to help me. She said that they turn off the app 40 minutes before they close which is ridiculous. They’re not able to do anything in person and say that we could do it online. Why did they gotta close it down so early so people that want to use the online app doesn’t get the same amount of time at the restaurant that people that are paying cash. I mean it shows that we’re loyal customers we you know eat here and we accumulated all of our points they shut off the points if they’re not gonna honor them and let them stay open like all the other customers are doing that’s my opinion I think it’s bullshit.

This was the worst bacon ranch sandwich. As you see it got thrown away. Chicken was hard, and dry. Hardly any sauce and I don’t think there even bacon on it. Definitely won’t be back. Waste of $

Yes, I’ve frequented this location enough that I’m recognized by managers Kaela and Alex. That being said, even before becoming a “regular,” my experiences had been good to great. If an in-store order was incorrect, staff remedied it promptly. Kindness begets kindness. Patience begets patience. Customer service is not easy, particularly when the customers are by far more rude more often than those serving them. The only criticism I might have about this location is the semi-antiquated soda machine that seems to have a temperament all its own.

Wish I could leave a no star review! Was missing tacos and the burger was made completely wrong sent pics to door dash so they have them but call jack in the box and the lady told me her son made the burger correct!! Lies I have pics and would love to get them back from door dash just to prove but all in all no wonder they are a mostly 1 star reviewed restaurant family covers for family and to be so rube as well NEVER GOING AGIAN

Will not be going back to this location. Ordered two build your own munchies box meal and the extras came cold and not made fresh. I had to reheat my food in the air fryer. Then I ordered a double bacon smash burger, no pickles or onions. instead I got half an onion and no bacon on my bacon burger. Embarrassed to say I spent $40 on this stuff for my family. Hope this helps someone else decide if this is a good option for a quick family meal

Wow either clean this place or shut it down its disgusting dirty! I wonder what the back end looks like? The restroom is dirty the counters are all dirty like they haven’t been wiped down in weeks then I doubt the fountain machine has ever been cleaned even the windows are dirty shame on you Jack in the Box looks like you don’t have a manager managing this location there is even trash on the front counter as seen in the pictures

The lady working the drive thru at night on 8/29 was super rude and seemed irritated. Ordered 2 tacos that were not in my bag and did not notice. Also, when I asked for sauce she got extremely mad and said, “well if you can pull around again.” Would not recommend going to this location.
