So overall experience is fine. Long wait, for food. Once we got home we realized that the mozzarella sticks were DROWNED in greece. It ripped the bag and went throw the box. All over my car, my sons pants, and my floor once inside. The rest of the food was fine buuut I’d be careful with the fried goods. Service was great however, the drive through lady knew her stuff and was very well spoken.

I know it’s fast food but the customer service was top notch. I accidentally placed my online order to a store 40 min away and they had no problem making what I ordered and were very helpful during the process. I thought I was going hungry. But instead full and happy.

Yeah, the people here suck.
My wife and I made a mobile order in which the app took our money, but the employees didn’t see on their side.
Of course it’s Christmas, and you can tell that the people don’t want to be there, and when Ava asked about the order, she was met with awful behavior from the staff. The only “assistance” that was provided was offering to let us pay for it again.

The first person who offered to let us pay for it again let her manager know, who said “we’ve done over $30,000 in sales today! She can call the app!” Which was loud enough to hear when we weren’t apart of the conversation. (The app does not have a phone number available to call).
We looked for a receipt, but all we could find is the charge on our credit card bill. No order confirmation or receipt had been given, which means the order probably did not go through, which is all that needed to be communicated. After walking up again to ask if that was the case, we were ignored by the people who had previously “helped” us. A new person frustratingly took over, said “Listen, lady! I’m not making food for you if it’s not on my screen! Dispute the charge with your bank!” Then looks over my wife to other people standing behind her and says “I can help somebody who actually wants to order some food” insinuating that we hadn’t just paid for some food.
All in all, the people who were working tonight sucked. Didn’t want to be there. Made us not want to be there. And we won’t anymore, which the workers in that building will obviously prefer.
I hope the workers find something that makes them not so miserable to interact with.

Food was fresh and hot as advertised, I got Jack’s Ultimate Bacon Burger. And it was DELICIOUS.
Also it seemed like only 2 people were working. As there wasn’t a lot of activity. But the speaker at the drive through was Clear, calm, and patient. Not like other employees like McDonald’s for instance constantly saying, ” Is that all?” ” is that all?” Nope. I received my food in 2 minutes.

Every time we come here, not matter if there’s not a single person in the drive thru or not they make you park out front after ordering so their numbers look good for the company for how fast their service is, and then they make you wait outrageous times for your food. Absolutely ridiculous, this time I had to go in and ask for my food after waiting 15 min when we were the only people in the drive thru when we got there. I still waited another 10 min once I got inside while other people were complaining about not being helped and then somehow our order was cold and wrong. We are done trying to eat there anymore, save your money!

I have no idea what the people working at this jack in the box are doing, but its obviously not cooking food. I ordered a sourdough grilled cheese, fries and a drink. I asked for no ice in the drink, that was the first thing they messed up. Of course I didn’t check my food until I got home, fries were cold and the grilled cheese never came close to the grill. It was absolutely microwaved to melt the cheese, because the bread tasted like cardboard. So bad I won’t even call to complain. I will never go to this location again. Honestly may never go to a jack in the box again.

If I could give it zero stars I would.

Went through the drive thru this morning and first I didn’t get the large soda that I asked for and was handed a medium but that’s not a big deal. What is a big deal however is the ridiculous amount of mustard they drenched our burgers in. I don’t know one person that drenches things in mustard like that. I had to wipe half of it off with a napkin just to eat. Do better.

Went specifically for the midnight box to get the Gremlin Toy, paid extra money and did not receive the toy. I was not notified when making the purchase that they were all gone, even though the posters were still up. The soda machine was wiped out when I notified staff she said she had no idea, put her head down and never checked on the machine to refill it. This experience gave me zero motivation to ever go to jack and box ever again.
