1st and last time I’ll ever be returning here, the drive thru lady was sloppy rude and took over 10 mins just to run our card and another 10 mins to give us our drinks and food, there were no other cars in the driveway, she over charged us and we triple checked about taco sauce which she didn’t give us, I then come inside to get the taco sauce where I wait another 10 minutes! Unacceptable!!! Do better! Train ur employees better if they can’t work in a high stress fast pace work environment then why have them working the front line?!?

I frequent this location pretty often and have never had a bad experience. The food is tasty, drive through ticket times were speedy. Nick who took my order and served me at the window was super friendly, very pleasant and you could tell he cared about the customers. He deserves a raise and promotion. Will go out of my way to go to this location because of him.

We have never been before as we are from the south. Walked in and the guy said, “can you use the kiosk I’m too new for this. “
So we did. Took a while to get our food. Meanwhile we were looking for drinks. Everything but aha was out. So our meals that came with drinks we got one choice. They had a couple options if the people behind the counter filled them but they were out of all options my kids can have. Food was bland and hardly warm. None of us were impressed. The kitchen crew seemed like they weren’t interested in working. Won’t go again. And reading through the reviews after the fact, this isn’t uncommon. Seems like management doesn’t care to make change.

Worst Jack in Box in a nice neighborhood,but this restaurant is literally a run down ghetto or second ward. Homeless man was loitering outside and someone left a mess on a table inside. Drink fountain are almost always out of drinks so I had to choose other drink I didn’t like or want. Bathroom was unsanitary and it stinks when I entered to just wash my hands. Workers look like they woke up and didn’t even bother to look at their best and some seemed to have a lousy attitude. Cashier is not thrilled to work as he (not a she with red lips and two short hair tied up) is only interested in showing whatever was on his mobile phone to his coworker. They should be working harder and keeping this facility clean, neat, organized, and clean. If bathroom stinks, it’s most likely the kitchen is just as filthy. I received a cold food. I can get cold food at home from my refrigerator so this defeated the restaurant’s purposes. Napkin dispensers were empty. One trash was nearly full, but workers were busy doing something not related to work. I know this one guy seemed serious who also works at Popeye’s, I’m cool with him. I wonder whether or not the manager or much less the owner is ever around to bring it up to standard according to franchise expectations and local regulations. I don’t think the owner really cares. Apology from the owner does not excuse from accountability as the owner is enabling this to continue. Will I ever go back here again? That remains to see based on owner changing or just apologizing, but nothing happens.

If I was to purchase this place, all staff will be terminated and ask the owner for 50% discount for poor maintenance. Poor performance overall. I went there today and pictures from my mobile are evidence of how poorly run this place is. City of Wheat Ridge won’t be happy.

When we walked in there was nobody at the counter and there’s probably eight employees behind the counter still standing here 10 oh actually 15 minutes later and the dining room is empty places clean but the soda machine pretty much was empty everything but Coke and nobody’s spoke English really couldn’t get my order correct I think haven’t tried the food quite yet it looks okay we ordered for here but they put it in bags which is a big waste but all around I suppose if you’re not in a big hurry this would be a nice place to come it’s about all I can say

Placed a mobile order, got to the window the lady working handed me my drink and then said your food isn’t ready yet can you park in the front and I’ll bring it out to you. So I drove around to the front and parked. Waited for 15 mins, multiple people had went in and some through the drive thru. I finally went inside and told them I’ve been waiting, the taller guy turns around and grabs my food from the counter. It was sitting there the whole time!! I told the lady I thought you were going to bring it out to me and she just looked at me and ignored me. Got to the car to check the order, we ordered the gremlin meal there was no air freshener in it. While checking the bags I seen the taller guy take a hit on his vape! That is absolutely crazing to be vaping inside! Especially as a worker in the kitchen.

Did an order for pick up through the mobile app. The app said my food would be ready at 1:49 PM. I was not helped through the drive thru until 2:01 PM after being told to rudely wait. I get my food. I am missing a combo and drink. The fries have not been fully cooked. The poppers have not been fully cooked. All of the food is cold. Left a review through the app and a request for a full refund because I don’t want meal vouchers for a place I will NEVER return to. Jack in the Box should really re-evaluate their stores in Colorado. The only good one I went to was in Commerce City. Oh and their delivery truck was blocking the parking lot and it looked like at least two of the workers was just hanging out around their car.

TL;DR: 45-minute wait, employees vaping and standing around, order completely forgotten.
My husband and I stopped by for a quick bite during his work break around 9:30 PM. We were the only customers in line and only ordered two items, so we expected it to be fast. Instead, we ended up waiting 45 minutes. During that time, we saw three employees standing around with their hands in their pockets, chatting instead of working—and one employee was vaping indoors behind the counter, which was absolutely disgusting!
I had to take my husband back to work without his food. When I returned and told them I had ordered 40 minutes earlier, I discovered they had completely forgotten our order.
Overall, extremely disappointed and genuinely disgusted with the experience.

I arrived but it did take awhile for my order it was almost 15 mins and inside a fast food place that is awhile.. there was a lot of traffic.. like a LOT of uber eats orders but I feel it could have been a little faster but overall everyone one was nice
